Great experience for my first vrbo

It was welcoming, felt open, between the light colors and vaulted ceilings. Cortyard with the pool felt private. Location was good walgreens and grocery store couple blocks one way. Alantic ave several the other. Easy to walk too) (there ia a garage next to veterans park if you to avoid rain) this has ruined hotel stays its so much more relaxing to beable to spread out and relax at the beach. Would like to stay here next time were down.

Awful experience

My family and I thought this house would be a great option for a three-week work trip getaway. Sadly, we were seriously mistaken. By the first night, it was clear this house was going to be a disaster. To break it down: 1. The Wi-Fi is atrocious. We were here for a work stay, so internet is fairly important. It only really works if you’re in the master bedroom and the owners claim they “can’t make it better” so unless you want to take all zoom calls from the bedroom, look somewhere else. This also makes it impossible to watch a movie in the living room without 17 different buffering pauses. 2. The bugs were abundant. Night one we saw two cockroaches running across the living room and an army of ants came marching in that seemed invincible to any bug spray. Bugs in the beds, bugs in the pantry, bugs on the walls; it was ridiculous and almost comical. 3. The A/C stopped working for 7 hours in the heat of a June afternoon in Delray and they had to send someone out to fix it who entered the premises without warning while our baby was sleeping and woke her in the process. 4. The hosts were not helpful at all. We’re generally pretty easy-going guests, but by day three of this endeavor with nothing improving, we finally decided we needed to get a new house for the remainder of our trip. We requested a full refund for the trip given several critical issues as described above, and the management refused. That was the straw that broke the camels back. 1/10.

Great Vacation Cottage

Really wonderful open-concept cottage in a great location with a heated pool. This was a perfect place for our family and it felt very welcoming. We will be staying again!!

Exceptional Property

This property was everything and more than advertised. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and the perfect place for a large family. There are three properties connected by the courtyard and pool. We rented all three and had the entire place to ourselves. The rental property staff was welcoming, available and happy to help with whatever we needed. We took a 21 month old with us and they provided a pack and play which save a lot of dragging of things through the airport. We will stay here again

This Is The Place You Want To Rent!

We loved our one week stay in Delray and this house made all the difference. The house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We enjoyed using the private front porch area and the shared backyard pool (shared with 2 small apartments). The interior is cozy for those that just want to hang out and read books or watch TV. The internet connection and speed are excellent. My son had to work a few days and didn't have any connectivity issues. It is also really nice that the house provides 4 beach chairs and an umbrella. We used those every day as the beach is only 1 mile away. In the evening we would walk about half a mile to Atlantic Avenue and enjoy a meal at one of lots of restaurant options (Be sure to check out the Delray Beach Market food hall). And lastly, the property managers are amazing, super nice and quick to respond to any questions. My family and I loved our stay and hope to come back. If you are looking for a GREAT vacaton option in Delray Beach, this is it!

Adorable Cottage!

The cottage didn’t disappoint! The interior was tastefully decorated, neat & clean. The home is well located, convenient to all that Delray offers. The pool was fun & the neighbors all friendly. Lastly, the rental process was smooth & the staff very responsive.😊

We loved this cozy house near Del Ray Beach with the wonderful backyard pool. We found the house to be clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. We also appreciated a phone call from the owner making sure everything was ok. It was a perfect getaway for our family reunion.

Lovely home - well decorated - very clean - great neighborhood

Homes was exactly as described. Great location - easy walk to Atlantic Ave and all the restaurants and shops. Safe walkable neighborhood. House is beautifully decorated. Bedrooms all were very comfortable with high quality linens and pillows. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need - (only items found lacking were pot holders and dish towels). Pool was lots of fun for the kids. But it is shared with two other apartments. Not a problem the days we were there but it would be a SMALL pool if you were sharing with 4 or more other people. The property is well maintained but it is a very small tight backyard. Master bedroom door opens right onto pool area. I wish there had been some type of privacy screen between our bedroom window and door and the shared backyard. Lots of great beach towels and chairs. Lots of backyard patio furniture and a grill. We had a problem with the dryer in the home not working but the property manager responded immediately. There were no door mats when you walk in from pool. Floors became wet fast and slippery. House definitely needs door mats, bigger bath mats and perhaps an area rug near beds. We would recommend for families or couples to share. Only other issue was the instructions on cleaning up the day you leave. I have stayed in many VRBO's and never was asked to strip beds and unload dishwasher. We did pay a cleaning fee and assumed that would all be included. Not a big deal but we were surprised. All in all we give the house a 4 star rating.
