Great staying!
In general everything was very nice!, the room comfortable and clean, the restaurant breakfast and lunch very good!, the location is perfect near to the metro station. And the staff very kind and helpful and they gave us very good recommendations. We had a great staying!

Hotel cercano a la estación de tren
Hotel cerca de la estación de trenes. No nos fueron a recoger al aeropuerto cuando estaba confirmada la recogida. Cogimos un taxi y nos lo abonaron! Habitación limpia, desayuno aceptable y servicio de restaurante muy bueno. Recomendable para pasar una noche.

El hotel está bien en relación calidad - precio, el personal amable y de atencion rápida. El colchón de la cama un poco duro, pero para una noche se está bien.

Great hotel and service
The prime balaji hotel in New Delhi is located close to New Delhi's railway station therefore it is an area where you can find many restaurants,shops, stores and of course a lot of people but the area is not dangerous. The hotel is new the lobby, room and restaurant are very good and clean. The hotel offers airport pick up for free that is a very nice service and when you arrive to the hotel they give you a water and welcome drink. The room is clean and big it counts with LCD tv with cable tv and English channels, minibar, safe deposit box, kettle for tea and coffee, food such as fruit and chips, courtesy bottles of water everyday. The bathroom is clean and has hair dryer and amenities.for your daily cleaning. The breakfast is very good and has many options. The service of the staff is very good and the daily rate is around $35 usd. Definitely a very good choice very recommended this hotel.

Hotel bien situado y tranquilo en medio del caos
Hotel bien situado para hacer turismo y desplazarse en Nueva Delhi, es un oasis en medio del caos de la ciudad. A pocos minutos del metro y de la estación de tren que conecta en 20 minutos con el aeropuerto. El desayuno es muy completo y variado, de tipo continental, aunque con platos indios. La cama es muy cómoda y la habitación silenciosa, aunque algunas de ellas tiene la ducha unida al resto del aseo y se empapa todo cuando la usas. Muy agradable el personal, que nos permitió dejar la maleta en consigna durante 2 días sin coste y recogerla al volver.

El hotel cumple a cabalidad con la tarea. Claro está que no es ningún lujo, pero en general muy bien. La comida muy bien, tanto en el desayuno como la cena. Según lo acordado me recogieron en el aeropuerto. El personal muy amable. Sin queja alguna.

Hotel muy bueno y bien ubicado
El hotel está muy bien y tiene buena ubicación. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a brindar soluciones. La zona no es muy buena pero está cerca de los lugares importantes. El desayuno es muy abundante. No es lo más barato de la zona, pero es un oasis en Delhi.

Una grata estadía para empezar el viaje
Hemos estado en este hotel nuestras dos primeras noches en India. No obstante haber llegado alrededor de las 8 de la mañana, nos dieron el cuarto en el momento. La zona del hotel es difícil de explicar. Es posible que la primera impresión no sea agradable. Pero luego del primer día de recorrer la ciudad, se encontrarán más a gusto y descubrirán que hay varias opciones de restaurantes o cafés para turistas. New Delhi Railway Station está a 300 metros, lo cual es ideal si tienen pensado viajar en tren por la India. Del otro lado de las vías se encuentra la estación de subte, que es un medio de transporte muy útil y cómodo para llegar a distintos puntos turísticos de la ciudad. Por lo demás, el personal de la recepción se encargará de ayudar en la solución de cualquier inconveniente o necesidad que se presente. La insonorización de las habitaciones no es el fuerte del hotel.

Estuve 4 noches en el prime balaji. La habitacion es pequeña pero confortable. Muy limpia. el unico problema que le vi a la habitacion es que daba a la calle y parte de la luz del anuncio espectacular se filtraba atravez de la cortina, es mi caso pr fiero la completa oscuridad oara dormir, pero si eso no es un problema para ti, te recomiendo este hot l para descanzar bien por las noches. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Ademas el personal del restaurante es muy amable y siempre esta atento a ofrecert otros alimentos diferentes a los del buffet, sobre todo si la comida local no es de tu agrado. Hast tu check out con tiempo. Cuando hice el check out la terminal bancaria no servia y tuve que ir a otro sitio a hacer el pago. Por suerte tenia tiempo de sobra.

El hotel esta súper cerca de Old Delhi, de la estación de tren de Nueva Delhi y cerca también de Connaught Place. El problema es que esta en un callejón HORRIBLE. El hotel en general esta limpio, las fotos aun lo muestran mejor de lo que es, pero nada grave. Te asustas cuando ves las calles de afuera y sus alrededores con muchísima gente durmiendo en ellas, perros callejeros por douquier, gente local haciendo sus necesidades biológicas sin ningún pudor y olores difíciles de entender. Volviendo al hotel... El internet bien, pero no muy rápido, y en algunas partes del cuarto no funciona bien. Agua caliente :OK Aire acondicionado: OK Desayuno incluido: BIEN Staff: OK, nada sobresaliente. OJO: si van a reservar viajes en tren, taxis, o algunos tours, háganlo en la agencia del hotel. Porque es común que te quieran estafar con precios hasta 4-5 veces más caros.

el personal es demasiado amable, check out muy flexible, buen desayuno. la zona es tremendamente fea y horrible , solo si se necesita utilizar la estacion de trenes. ofrecen buen plan para visitar taj mahal en taxi y no ir en tren.

An sich ein gut gelegenes Budget hotel die einrichtung lässt einige wünsche offen matratzen sind verdreckt alte kissen und die Bettdecken stinken . Reinigungspersonal ist sehr laut inden fruhen stunden ansonsten Reception sowie Rest des Personalm sehr freundlich .

We went for my parents visa purposes and the location is so convenient and accessible. Hotel staff is very friendly and upon checking in when we mentioned the room is cold for my aged parents, they promptly brought in a room heater. Breakfast is good with limited options. Over all a good experience.

The hotel in run down, and the bathroom and the toilet is together. When you have a shower the toilet gets wet and the entire bathroom floor is full of water and unsafe to walk on.I will never ever book this hotel again.

Went on a tour and stayed here afterwords. 3 nites. Best hotwater i had on whole trip. Very good food in restuarant. Good value for money. Room fine and good AC. Only negative no frig.

The staff was genuinely friendly and very helpful. If I asked for something they addressed it right away. I enjoyed the food, the breakfast was great and the room service food I ordered was excellent and very affordable. The wifi was a bit rough, some days better than others. The area around the hotel was very rugged. Challenging to walk around and very crowded but I enjoyed it as it's very unique. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would stay there again.

I didnt expect so much, but quality of hotel is accepable. Hot shower, hair dryer, and clean bed are available. They have Security guard so, the point made me feel safe. However I want user of hotel to be careful of themselves around the hotel. It's not good Security.

Not prime, balaji or deluxe
Definitely not Prime, Balaji or Deluxe. Bathroom has a lot of mold and mildew, old linens, stained towels and extremely loud air conditioner. Friendly door staff, but otherwise, the other staff never really smiled. I would not recommend this place. I moved to a new hotel after a couple nights. Food was okay.
