Excelente servicio. La gente del hotel ayudan con todo, y la comida y amenidades del hotel ayudan a tener una excelente estadía!

Buen hotel
Es uno de los hoteles tradicionales de Delhi, bien ubicado para viajes de trabajo. Sus instalaciones son buenas y se están renovando. El principal problema es que la conectividad a internet es deficiente, aún con el WiFi del hotel.

Pésimo hotel!
Fue una pésima experiencia quedarme en ese hotel. Viajaba con mi hermana y su hijo de un año 10 meses. Nos cambiaron primero de habitación porque nos dieron una con una sola cama y habíamos pedido dos. Cuando nos mandaron al nuevo cuarto, al momento de abrir las cortinas cayó una cantidad exagerada de tierra, ósea que no las habían limpiado en años. El baño no tenía agua caliente y me encontré tres cucarachas dentro. Las sábanas de la cama están sucias. Hablé con el gerente y le dije todo lo que estaba pasando, me dijo que lo iba a checar y finalmente no checo nada. Me dijeron que ya habían arreglado el agua y no fue cierto. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría. En el Lobby pedí que me mandaran un taxi para poder hacer un city tour y me mandaron a un chofer que no sabía hablar inglés. Fue tanta la desesperacion de no poder comunicarnos que tuvimos quebrada cancelar el tour y nos regresaron al terrible hotel. He estado de muchos hoteles este año y este es por mucho el peor de todos, debería de tener solo una estrella. Me echaron a perder mis días en Delhi por el pésimo servicio. Todo sin contar que el hotel está viejo y mal cuidado.

Hotel confortable
Tuve problemas con el control de apagar la luz 2 dias consecutivos y tardaron mucho en ir a arreglarlo. A las 4:30 a.m 2 hombres me tocaron la puerta diciendo que eran de mantenimiento yo llame a recepcion y me dijeron que se habian equivocado de habitacion por favor a las 4:30 ? Esto es muy irregular falta mas seguridad. Me quede por 2 periodos. El primero consegui una habitacion muy confortable. El segundo me querian dar una habitacion en un area del hotel super lejana e inconfotable.

Not even close to 5 stars. 3 stars at best. The pool doesn’t belong to the hotel, it’s leased, and there is a limit to how many people can access. You also cannot lounge by the pool lounge chairs without a “costume”!

Rooms are very old fashioned, bedding is terrible, front staff is nice and courteous but the cleaners were angling for tips etc right from the get go, food is average, location is great.

For two days they forgot to clean my room. I didn’t have towels on my bathroom. It takes like five minutes to get hot water. The breakfast is basic. Plus it’s expensive

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so rude and slow especially the front desk reception to check in it took over 40 minutes just to check in then they gave us a filthy dirty room that looked like it had never been cleaned. When we complained they reluctantly changed the room which wasn’t any better. This hotel is so old and neglected it looks like they do not complete any maintenance at all. The bathroom was dirty not enough towels were left and the sheets on the bed were dirty. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I will never ever stay at this hotel

I book two rooms and my mother was travelling with us And she is 90 years old. We received only one room. They said they are trying to get me second room. And inform me but I never received a call. I slept on smaller sofa all. We don’t eat even Breakfast and left. Who I can blame Expedia or Hotel management

The worst hotel experience
The worst hotel experience in India. Wait check-in over a hour even though it was 6P.M., unstable wi-fi, very long distance from room to reception & restaurant, malfunction of room key everyday, no souldproof... These are the experineces I had from the hotel for 3 nights. I do not recommend this hotel to my family & friends.

Horrible breakfast buffet. The spread is very limited and not much options. Even the dishes they serve are below average. Moreover, the service during breakfast was also bad.

Needs improvement but ok
The property seems nice and grand, however it's is not what is used to be I was told. Probably 3-4star. Some rooms are very old and not kept up properly. Some rooms are better. The bathrooms are not kept up too well in the older rooms. And the newer ones are ok. The housekeeping staff and floor managers are nice , but some of the front desk staff are not so helpful. I think I was given a bad room at first and then the lobby manager was nice enough to upgrade me and the same front desk guy tried to deny me the upgrade. Also they made the mistake of not taking a deposit for extras and I had issues with room service and having to pay immediately on delivery with cash or online. If I can pay that amount of money for the room why would I ditch on paying a simple food bill. Fault of the front desk staff which led to a uneasy situation with friends.

Run-down and Ill-maintained
Incredibly run-down and ill-maintained. The lights in my bathroom flickered on and off, but when I called to request maintenance no one responded. The in-room safe didn’t work. The remote controlling the lights didn’t work. I was scheduled to stay for a week, but I fled after the first hour.

Really Nice hotel with Very large Spaces
Overall, it is as good as any other 5-star hotel in Delhi. Nice spacious Halls, lobby, walkway & rooms. Everything was excellent except for the room staff who are still in those colonial times, expecting a tip for everything, barging into your room for a tip. Overall, it was a super experience hotel lobby staff was excellent, the food was great, rooms were great. 5 Stars for that.

Put me in room where WFI did not work . The light kept going out and on. I complained and a man came very rude. He did not fix anything and said it is working. I asked his name he won’t tell. Asked for manager to reception and manager upgraded me. Then I was happy

Overall it is an okayish place. There is still room for improvement. I did not like the fact that they did not provide us with NEW shower gels. The executive room was not that big which was a surprise! The wifi is not great, it works but you cannot make a video call. The gym is great! But the only issue I feel is that they want to click a photo of your ID if want to use it. This can be made seamless by different ways. For me, I do not feel safe to allow a staff to click a picture of my passport with their phones.
