Dear Guest We hope you could explain what many bugs implies in your feedback. Since you have written an anonymous review we cannot find out the date or room you stayed in. Hello There Traveller.I am sorry to learn about your experience. During the time of your stay we were in the process of shuffling our staff on account of staff attrition. The staff on duty was taking time to come upto speed on how to manage and interact with guests. The WiFi was indeed giving trouble on the floor where you stayed on account of a fault in Network cable. The same has been replaced and the WiFi is now working normally for everyone on that floor.Regarding the room, I am sorry that you did not like the room. Maybe when you come next, I can provide you a free upgrade to our nicer rooms. Dear Guest Thanks for taking out time to write us a review. Regarding your feedback about Hot Shower, we do that in order to save power as we can turn on the hot water only when it is needed. Regarding air conditioning, we have had problem this season with 2 rooms out of the 35. I believe that you got that one. But as I write, those Air Cons are marked for removal the moment summer hits us again (it's winter here now). Thanks for your review. Actually our area is so active that it seems chaotic. If you survive our area for one day then you will start to fall in love with it. We take pride in being a practical, no frills budget place where we all the needs of travellers are taken care of. I do hope you will love us and the area when you return back to Delhi.
