Lo peor que vi .Sucias las sabanas, rl piso, todo! Estafan en todo lo que ofrecen, taxi, cambio de divisas, lo que sea que ofrezcan. La peor experiencia que tuve en hoteleria. Fotos que no coinciden con la realidad. La mugre era indescriptible.

Cuidado con los cargos sorpresa
En hoteles.com puedes reservar con desayuno incluido, pero al llegar al hotel te dicen que no... les enseñas la reservación y ellos te enseñan un papel escrito a mano, por alguno de ellos... y ese papel tiene más validez... habitaciones sin ventanas (pero tal vez es mejor) la gente en el restaurant es muy amable y la comida decente... tal vez el problema es la cultura India, más que el hotel...

Cerca de la parada de metro. Cerca del aeropuerto.
Será mi hotel cuando vuelva a India. Personal muy atento y amable. Restaurante con música en vivo. La comida exquisita.

bueno para pasar la noche
el hotel reune las caracteristicas para pasar una noche antes de ir al aeropuerto , tanto la recoleccion como llevarte al aeropuerto lo cobran y mas caro de lo que te cobran en el aeropuerto los taxis autotizados. No hay nada afuera para salir a comer o pasear , como ventaja tiene SPA y gimnasio , el desayuno e bueno

Fue la mala experiencia del primer día del viaje . Solo se escogió este hotel por qué estaba cerca del aeropuerto y el vuelo llegaba de madrugada nada más llegar un olor súper fuerte y mezcla de ambientados con mal olor. La parte de los pasillos con moqueta olían fatal además de estar sucia . Bañera sucia y baño sucio, no dormí estuve diga la noche despierto

Otra excelente estancia
Ubicación es estupenda, cerca del aeropuerto. Habitación era moderna, muy espaciosa, y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluso para estancias más largas. Gran conexión wifi y el personal era todo bueno.

Nos hospedamos solo una noche, esperando un vuelo muy temprano a la mañana siguiente. El hotel es cercano al aeropuerto. Está ubicado en una avenida con varios hoteles y negocios, pero muy sucia.

Bad service / muy mal servicio. Not recommended at all, especially compared to other options nearby. Existen otros hoteles cerca mucho mejores que este.

Todo sobre la ubicación y relación calidad-precio.
Este hotel se merece la máxima puntuación. Nos gustó su ubicación, habitaciones limpias amplias bien amuebladas, las instalaciones, la comida deliciosa y el más importante servicio rápido por el personal honesto. Esta es encantador hotel de tránsito ubicado cerca del Aeropuerto Internacional Terminal 3.We la próxima vez también elegir este hotel y se lo recomiendo a mis familiares y amigos.

Best night's sleep
Bedroom was fine. Comfortable and AC kept the room to a good temperature. No noise issues whatsoever. Receptionist (at check in) - Great.

I booked a Deluxe Double room but the room assigned was quite small which made it difficult to move around. The other major problem is the area has poor mobile network connectivity. The wifi provided by the hotel also has a weak signal which does not make it ideal to stay at this hotel.

It was unfortunate that the AC was not working and as usual the WiFi was poor. We were given a voucher for two free breakfasts because of these faults. We always enjoy the restaurant.

The hotel is much better than many others in Mahipalpur. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were helpful and polite. My single complaint is that soon after checking in, someone called the room and offered a full body massage to my father - there seemed to be other services implied in this offer. This is not appropriate but honestly I'd rather deal with that than the filth of some other Mahipalpur locations.

This was the worst experience a guest could ever have at a hotel. Rooms were in a poor condition and the staff was rude and unhelpful! The staff on duty on the night of 12/3/2023, repeatedly called the room and harassed us. This is not the type of experience you expect at a premium hotel. Highly NOT recommended.

시트와 베개 더러워요
4성급은 전혀 아니고 2성급 정도임. 아주 오래되었는지 전체적으로 지져분하고 침대 시트와 벼게도 오래 사용하나 봐요. 밤새 모터 도는 소음도 나고 정말 않좋아요.

They were blaming expedia and i tried to contact expedia but no help either he wanted to charge me another $100.00 because expedia didnt sent the confirmation code to them we were hungry and had to wait 45 mins plus. So sad that in this age they r so behind
