Firstly they provided me with a room that was smelly and without exhaust or any ventilation. After they moved me to another room, the room service was pretty disappointing. I ordered for lemon water that was delivered to me after an hour. Then I ordered for food that was delivered late as well and whenever I called the room service they said the order is on the way which was never on the way. Lastly, I asked them to give me a wake up call at 3 am in the morning with morning tea as I had an early morning flight to catch, no one woke me up and there was no morning tea. Overall very much disappointed with the service. The 2 persons at reception were the only ones who were helpful, but the rest of the service was disgusting.
