Precio elevado para lo que es.
Un poco caro para lo que se ofrece. La habitación normal, estaba limpia. El desayuno de terror, muy malo. El entorno a pesar de estar céntrico... Sucio y ruidoso.

Muy buen lugar
El hotel es un lugar muy agradable y limpio moderno y céntrico el lugar donde está ubicado es un poco sucio pero dentro de el hotel es muy diferente el personal es muy atento tuvimos algunos detalles con un cuarto pero inmediatamente se nos dio seguimiento además que cuentan con el servicio de cambio de divisas que como turistas nos soluciona muchos problemas cuentan con paquetes con chofer accesibles para conocer sitios turísticos de Delhi y el señor Camal específicamente que nos ofreció el paquete en todo momento estuvo al tanto de el trato que se nos dio el restaurante ofrece comida accesible y muy rica

Hotel muy comodo y delicioso desayuno.
El Godwin Delux es una excelente opción para empezar tu viaje en India, estrategicamente situado todo te queda cerca. Las habitaciones son ambplias y el personal muy amable, ademas su buffet de desayuno fue de los mas ricos que probe en India, en fin, una gran opción muy recomendable.

Ist time to india. Shocking how dirty crumbling crowded polluted the city is over all in Delhi. Yet, life forges onward. So this affects the rating but should not for the hotel which for the rate, is reasonable, offered good value facilities n conveniences. Some staff is grudgingly accommodating but overall helpful. Wifi is blinky n slow but that seems to be the norm than the exception. Sheets pills so felt I was getting an added exfoliation for the price😂 the restaurant is nice where easy quiet tasty dining is needed for the block.

However, it's good to know that despite these challenges, life in the city continues to move forward.I understand that the city's condition may have affected your overall rating of Delhi, but you mentioned that the hotel you stayed at provided good value for the rate, with reasonable facilities and conveniences. It's also positive to hear that while some staff members may have been grudgingly accommodating, overall they were helpful.Regarding the WiFi, it seems that slow and intermittent connectivity is a common issue in the area, rather than an exception. As for the sheets, I apologize if they were not up to your standards. It appears they may have been worn out and caused some discomfort.On a brighter note, it's great to hear that the hotel's restaurant offered a nice dining experience when you needed a quiet and tasty meal. Finding a peaceful dining spot in a bustling city can be a welcome respite.Overall, I hope that despite the initial shock of Delhi's condition, you were able to find some positives in your experience. Not good anymore
Have stayed at both the Goodwin hotels in the pass eight years and the rooms and the service have been very good. But this time the room and the hotel service as very poor and was not happy. I will think about booking this hotel in the future.

Ich habe dieses Hotel (Godwin Deluxe) schon das 2. Mal gebucht und kann es empfehlen. Das 1. Mal habe ich mir ein Zimmer mit einer Freundin geteilt, Fenster auf die Straße. Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und wir waren beide zufrieden. Tagsüber war es ziemlich laut, aber wenn man in Paharganj ein Hotel bucht, dann ist es zu erwarten. Das 2. Mal hatte ich einen Executive Room (2 Betten), die erste Nacht im Grand Godwin, die zweite Nacht im Godwin Deluxe. Ich habe erwähnt, dass ich eigentlich ein Zimmer im Deluxe wollte. Anscheinend war am Tag meiner Ankunft ein Twin-Bedroom nicht frei, aber am nächsten Tag wurde mir ein Zimmer im Deluxe angeboten, ohne dass ich speziell nachfragen musste. Im Deluxe würde ich wieder ein Zimmer buchen. Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

Very nice hotel
location is pretty good except for the busy road. This hotel is worth for a transit stay as its very near to New Delhi Station. Rooms , Aircon , Staff every thing is quite good.

A very nice hotel near the station. Not for someone’s first visit to India as out side seems rough area but perfectly safe and friendly. For the traveller very close to the station to walk there. Very good rooms, good bed but charged me for breakfast even though it should have been included.

Clean and friendly
Clean hotel and very friendly staff and service. However, Paharganj area needs overhaul in a big way. Roads are narrow and full of potholes. It is very close to central Delhi.

Good location but dirty room
Good location, good service, but the room was dirty, both when I arrived and after 3 nights with cleaning service. There was hair on the bed, the furniture was old and very well used and the bathroom wasn't clean at all. Glasses weren't changed, even though they were used.

Disappointing service
Experience was good until the last night where my aunt came to visit us for a few hours before we were going to check out at 6.30am. We arrived at the hotel at 3am and we did not want our aunt to travel back home by herself so we invited her to the hotel room to sit with us whilst we packed to check out in 3 hours. The reception staff kept asking for my aunts ID and even thought I kept asking the receptionist for the email address he kept giving me the wrong one. They were constantly calling us demanding the other side of the ID card even though the photo and main info was on the side we sent. We explained that given that it was 3am there was no family member awake to send the other side of the card at the moment and requested whether we could provide this in a few hours when someone would be awake to send it. The receptionist did not accept this and said that my aunt needed to leave. At 3am in the morning in Delhi where there has been so many reports of rape and crimes against women. Of course I asked the receptionist for his policy to confirm this and he mumbled that it was in the room. I checked the room and there was no policy documents there. The treatment we had on this night was completely unacceptable. The receptionist did not have any regard for the time of night and thought it was acceptable to let a 60 year old senior male and 3 women leave the hotel room at 3am in the morning. Completely disgusting treatment. Would not recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointed
The rooms are okey and clean. The man who helped me with my bags was kind and helpful. But the staff in reception and managment are rude. I booked two nights with one week inbetween on the understanding that they had agreed to keep my bags while I was travelling. When I arrived they refused this request saying that they had never agreed. It put me in a difficult position as that was the only reason I had booked with them. I was very disappointed. The staff called and knocked on the door late in the evening even though i specificly told in reception i did not want to be disturbed. I am cancelling my stay there in one weeks time. I will never go back there.

寝るだけなら許容範囲
シャワールームの設備が古く、シャワーを浴びるとバスルームが水浸しになります。 朝食は7時からですが、7時にいっても2割ほどの準備しかされておらず、7時半過ぎにやっとスタッフがビュフェの食事を運んできました。 空港ピックアップも事前に連絡をしていましたが、結局迎えの手配ができず自分でタクシーを手配していきました。
