"Wonderful spot to stay. Owners are very kind and responsive. Easy access! No stairs and room for 2 cars if needed. Place was VERY clean and quiet. Towels were so soft Only thing I would have to say is it wouldve been nice to have toothpaste (only because we forgot ours) and a pad of paper and something to write with. (and only cuz we were playing cards and wanted to keep score, haha!) The place was amazing, Thank you!!! "

"This was our fist time visiting Delaware and it was an absolute blast. Great place, clean, great host, and you CANNOT beat the proximity to the beach (as well as restaurants, shops, etc). We hope to come back soon!"

"Loved this property! Close to everything in Dewey. The unit was very clean and spacious. The roof top deck is fabulous for morning or evening relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. Being able to rinse/clean your beach items outside would be a great addition."

"Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. "

"This is a perfect location for access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and shopping without having to drive. The condo is clean and comfortable with a small patio overlooking the beach. It is a studio but it was large enough for us for three nights with two kids ages 13 and 11. The check in and out instructions were clear and easy. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This penthouse was the best! It was much more spacious than the pics, and the porch was much bigger as well; it quickly became one of our favorite hang out spots all weekend. The floors were a bit sandy when we got there but otherwise the place was very clean. We did have an issue with the AC our first night but Kathryn was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. The location was so perfect, walking distance to the beach and all the local spots. Having to bring our own...

"The Rodney House was so comfy, so welcoming, and perfectly located. There were also a number of "little things" that really added to the experience: snacks in kitchen, local beers in the fridge, and a carafe of cold water in the bedroom. We'd been to Lewes plenty of times before, but this is the first time we stayed in town, and the Rodney House provided a great home base. Highly Recommend! "

"Everything you need is here for a great price. I was selling one home and waiting on my new home to be completed. Needed a place for 3 weeks. This property had all that you will need. Pots, pans, laundry facility, pool, computer desk, kitchen table, living room furniture. The property management staff answered any questions at a moments notice, they were very attentive. The property is nestled in a quiet complex with full grown trees and a lot of parking. "

"When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way.
