The place was beautiful, and clean. Very comfortable mattresses in each room. We would definitely love to stay there again! The only thing was the parking, it would have been nice for the parking under the apartment to have been included.

What a great hidden gem this place is. Tucked just off Rehobeth Ave that you do not hear the noise from the busy strip. Close to food and shops and an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Host is very responsive to answer any questions and help with any issues.

Everything about the place was great. Very walkable to all Rehoboth Beach spots. Plenty of space for our group. It was very clean, AC worked great, bathrooms were wonderful, and beds were comfy. Parking spots were definitely a plus. Communication with the host was smooth, checking in and out were a breeze. Would stay again.

The apartment is in an amazing location. Our family of four could walk to the beach and everywhere else we wanted to go. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spacious.We had an issue with the air conditioning and the host was very responsive and helpful!

Great space in a central and convenient location. The host is super responsive. I advise adding the covered parking for ease of parking since it is a very popular area. Spotless and clean on arrival. Has all the necessities and quick access to all the best restaurants.

My wife was thoroughly impressed, and honestly that’s the only review I need to write! Booked this penthouse and it delivered on every level. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, we could walk everywhere. Boardwalk, beach, restaurants, shopping — all just steps away. The place itself was beautifully updated with plenty of space and everything you need. Host was very easy to communicate with and checkout list was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this VRBO. Such a hidden gem right beside Rehoboth Ave. There was a private walkway that put you right out on the main street. The place was very clean and spacious. There is laundry in unit which came in handy and they did provide laundry detergent which was a plus. It also had leftover soaps, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. There were minor cosmetic things that did not affect our stay but needed attention. I contacted the host right away and she was very responsive. As the listing states there are no towels or sheets but we didn’t mind, I personally almost like this better! Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend!

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay! The place is very clean, very conveniently located, and extremely welcoming! We were very impressed and comfortable. We plan to book this place again when we return to Rehoboth.

The apartment is in a great location, right in town and very convenient to restaurants, stores and the boardwalk. It’s very clean and the bedooms were comfortable. As others have noted, you need to bring your own pillows, sheets, blankets/comforters, towels and bath mats. This is a great place to stay if you plan on eating out every meal or ordering in as the kitchen is not well stocked. There are very few pots and only one knife and cutting board. It’s pretty bare bones. Also bring some camp chairs if you’ve got more than 4 people staying as there’s only the sofa available for seating and 4 chairs at the kitchen table.

Place worked well for us. Just know it's pretty bare bones. Had to bring everything with us (including pillows) and there wasn't even tissues and stuff like that. (There was paper towels.) But, definitely clean, comfortable and location was ideal for us.

Relaxing

Location was great near the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment was really nice and open and had private space for everyone. Owner communicated well and was very accomadating.

A few friends and I stayed here for a beach weekend. The place was perfect for us - parking close to the beach, right off the main strip of restaurants and shops. The owner was communicative and let us know a few weeks beforehand what all would be provided and what we’d need to bring.

Great location and super clean! I love how each bedroom had a queen bed so everyone was comfortable! I wish they they provided the basics like pillows, sheets and towels because it was inconvenient when our family members forgot some items. Otherwise, it was a great stay!
