"Sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen."

"Hotel correcto"

"Overall, very good for the night. Breakfast was excellent as well as the staff. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent value for money. "

"Family friendly and clean room"

"Good & clean"

"La comida no ha sido bien! La hamburguesa era seco Tallarines Signapore era puro tabasco (incomible)"

"Habitación limpia, cama muy cómoda. Bien desayuno"

"Udmærket hotel til en overkommelig pris. Rengøringsstandarden var OK, omend der ikke blev ordnet senge/badeværelse hver dag. Ønskede man nye håndklæder kunne de fås i receptionen. Hotellet er et typisk "håndværkerhotel" hvor håndværkere overnatter. Rimelige priser i baren på hotellet."

"We arrived late at around 10pm and Aaron who was night staff was wonderful! My youngest son was still talking about how nice he was the next morning. The family room we were in had recently been redecorated with new carpet etc and was very clean and welcoming. Beds were slightly hard but others liked them. The walls are however paper thin and unfortunately the family next door woke up at 5am and played music. You can also hear people talking in the next room so be mindful."

"First impression on arrival, front of house could do with some maintenance (weeding). Suite 5*Tap in bathroom had soap marks and hair shavings. Pillows were too hard and mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs with every movement we made. Website said city view, but this wasn’t the case,(disappointed). On a positive note, service was good overall. Would stay there again if mattress was more comfy."

"Amazing place. Highly suggest staying here."

"It was faultless. Warm and clean and everything you need for a stay as close as you can get to Alton Towers. Space to park and leave your car. 2-3 minutes walk to the turnstiles at Alton towers. Highly recommend the place."
