"The most disappointing was the view from our room. We were not told that there would be construction happening right outside our room at the time of our stay. This was disappointing for the price we paid. Finally, the people behind the counter were wonderful but had very little knowledge about the surrounding area. I couldn't connect the expedia reservation to a new VRBO account and communicating through expedia with the host was complicated. The solve was to message the host in expedia and then suddenly in the message window the check-in process is revealed and the hosts cell#. The expedia/VRBO integration needs tons of work, but once you get into the message box everything is there. Parking on the street could mean a...

"Very clean, comfortable room"

"It was the worst accommodation ever. There was no parking spot that was supposed to be provided, and the owner didn't contact and show up. When contacted after several attempts, they told us to find our own parking spot by myself and do street parking. Street parking was also full. Even though we had a contract for accommodation including a set parking spot. When we said it was different from the contract, they got angry and threatened.."
