"This place was perfect for our family group of 7 adults and 3 children.Plenty of room to spread out. We could be upstairs and cook, eat and hang out or be chilling in the basement playing pool or watching a movie.Home and kitchen was well stocked and even included complimentary coffee! The two sets of washers and dryers for laundry in the basement is a great idea for larger groups!The owner was easy to contact and was very helpful. Apparently the previous guest may have lost or misplaced the key...

"There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. "

"This place is a perfect destination if you are looking for peace and quiet. We had 4 generations ranging from 9yrs old to 70yrs old. The owner is very kind and accomodating as he wants you to have a great stay. He is fairly quick to respond when needed and checks to make sure all is well. "Our family stayed at this house for a long weekend. The kitchen was well-stocked for meal prep, the living room was cozy and inviting, the bedrooms were everything we needed. It was easy to stroll around the neighborhood and to visit nearby shops. We would stay again. The dining space is a small space in the kitchen which works well for a couple of people, but is not as well suited for a larger group if you need to do a sit-down meal at a table.
