Great location on the beach. Listing said waher and dryer but there was none. Also the check-in communication was never clear. The internet access code was listed as the door code and this was never correctly communicated.

Dirty and cant utilize the deck/patio

This propety was a great location; however it was dirty and you are not allowed on the deck/patio due to the building not up to date with their inspections. When walking on the floor it turns your feet black. Not enough towels, no wash clothes, no dish clothes.

Great Stay – Already Booked Our Next Visit!

Our stay at this condo was overall very pleasant. Check-in was quick and simple, and the condo itself was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The décor was cute and cozy, making it feel very inviting.While the condo was great, we felt the sheets could have been of slightly better quality—they were a bit stiff—and the master bed was firmer than we personally prefer. One of the guest room beds squeaked but was still comfortable. It would have been nice to have access to a throw blanket or two, though this didn’t impact our rating. The only real downside was that the hot water didn’t last long, which was a bit inconvenient but doable.The biggest disappointment was the balcony being closed off due to delay in completion of construction, so we couldn’t enjoy the view. However, the property manager communicated with us as soon as they were aware and was proactive in offering a solution to help make up for the inconvenience.Even with these few downsides, we’ve already booked our next stay in October! By then, the balcony should definitely be complete, and we’re looking forward to enjoying the view. Check-out was just as smooth as check-in, and we appreciated the option for a late check-out at a reasonable fee. Despite minor drawbacks, everything was in great condition, and we had a comfortable stay. With a few small tweaks, this place would be nearly perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place

Nice place. Nice location. Awesome view on balcony. Accessing the lock a little challenging be sure to view the video on how to unlock door. Did have an issue with that but quick response from management team issue resolved in a timely manner.

Not a great place, but the view is beautiful

Our room was not great. The couch was so nasty. We booked 6 mos in advance so there was no warning for the pool, hottub and beach access not being available now when we only booked here for the pool & hottub so that sucked. The kitchen in the condo had roaches everywhere. In the sink, the counters, the cabinets. We couldn't even cook food bc of how absolutely gross the roaches were. No one would come spray/clean, move our tooms or offer any kind of compensation. The glas in the main bedroom shower was broken and glass shards fell into the tub everytime it moved, making bathing a toddler impossible. The ac didnt work, it stayed almost 80° all week in thd condo . The remote for the lights didn't work correct, if one room cut their light off, it but the other bedrooms on. This stay may had been my worst experience thus far.

Beautiful Condo -had a great stay.

I loved the condo and the location. It was clean, beautiful with a perfect view of the ocean. Tje location is great for a family environment, a little bit away from the extreme traffic and the party crowd. The property managers were great and responded to my questions promptly and were very helpful. I only have 2 small complaints. I did not like the sheer curtains in the bedroom because i like to sleep late while on vacations, the sun had me up by 7:00 every morning. Also ot was advertised that they had a pool, but at the time of our stay there was not a pool because it had been damaged by the storm. For me thats not a big deal, but for my daughter it was. She is 13 and enjoys the pool and is not very fond of the ocean water. I just feel that the advertisement should have been updated to show that. Other than those 2 things the condo was wonderful. Want to add that the pool was being reconstructed while we were there so maybe wont be long before that is up and operating again.

Summer 2022

The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Private laundry- this room kind of dirty. Lots of random beach things stored here as well. This space needs some attention. No dish towels (1) or pot holders. No dishes for a toddler to use. Otherwise, met our needs well. Great location.

Family enjoyed their stay

Condo was clean, open, and an amazing view. I misread that there is a hot tub, only sauna. No big deal. Pool was a little cold for me, but teens still swam. Walking distance to some restaurants. We liked that it wasn't super touristy. There was mild construction going on, but nothing that made our stay miserable. Weather for first week of January was 60-70, no rain. Can't complain! There were body boards for teens, chairs for everyone, no wash cloths. You would need to bring your own. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Not sure b About the construction. Floor were so bad/ dirty that we had to wear are shoes the entire time. It was really bad how dirty the floor were. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay

Worst Accommodations Ever!!

Stay away from this property. Limited information in condo. No instructions of where to locate washer and dryer or what to do with trash. Had to text multiple times with no directions offered. Finally found on our own. Unit was dirty. Feet were black from the floors. Counters were covered with a sticky substance. No hot tub as mentioned in listing. Pool was closed with no reason why. Office staff were rude and unhelpful. Condo was under contruction and we were not informed. A jack hammer ran all day. The noise level forced us to leave the condo by 8:00 am. Tried several times to discuss issues with property manager, with no response.

Great location and comfortable

Had good amenities. We’ve stayed at this condo property many times in the past. This is the first time using VRBO to do so. This units internet was very spotty. Lucky we had teenagers to figure it out! Left message for VRBO contact and got no feedback. Lots of items were included but a few basic items not included: spatula and oven mitts. Overall, it has a nice view and set up nicely. The beds were NOT comfortable. Furniture in master needs repairs and mattress needs to be replaced.
