quick getaway
The hotel is older, it was built in 1962. I liked the Hawaiian theme. The room was just as shown. It was clean and we had a wonderful time. The cost was reflected by the fact the pool was not available due to the hurricane damage. They were working on both the pool and the steps for getting to the ocean while we were there. This time of year September is great because there are no crowds at the restaurants and the ocean water temp. is great.

I wish I had saved the note I sent VASCA about the stay, but I will try to hit the highlights. 1) upon arrival this condo is OLD AS DIRT and the rugs inside look about as old as the building. The dust and dirt from the AC vents is everywhere. Lord knows when the last time they were cleaned. The closet door was completely hanging off. The esc on the shower aren't attached. There is massive construction, so no pool or patio and you have to go around the building through construction to get to the beach. 2) good things - VACSA was on the ball with texting. That is about it. The management company or the actual owner of the condo need to visit this place at least every 6 months to check it out. It definitely doesn't look like anyone who actually cares has visited in a while. I wish I had known because I feel like I paid just to look at the beach that was hidden by construction equipment. Would LOVE to have some of my money back due to the description of the condo not meeting the reality.

Great stay, only one suggestion
The whole stay was fantastic. The only issue I noticed was there was no way to secure the room from the inside other than the deadbolt with the keypad on the outside. Just speaking as a woman travelling on her own, it would have been nice to have an second lock or something to secure the door with that I knew couldn't be tampered with from the outside... as it stands, I ended up having to put the broom stick through the door handle over night. Outside of that I had a wonderful trip and would definitely look at staying again for my next trip

Might not get what you expect
Looks like the property is going through some restorations. We were put in building E. Not shown in picture. They also have building D. Also not shown. Our washroom room had no fan just a window with no screen. The food was very good zt the bar and bartender Mike done an awesome job. Not a bad stay just expected our stay to be in the property that was shown in the picture.

Fantastic view and sound of the waves!!
We were very happy with our accommodations. Loved our balcony and view of the ocean and the pool! Apartment was very clean and the bedding and towels were great! Just a couple of suggestions though. The mirror should be replaced in the bathroom…maybe a smaller one to save money. The kitchen cupboard doors need to be rehung. Maybe some more plates, bowls, and silverware? Loved the coffee pot!! The couch, though comfortable, was a little shabby. Everyone we talked to on the phone was very helpful and productive. We would love to stay here again!! We also felt very safe!!

I come to this building for several years only in other apartments. Upon entering I noticed that the mirror in the bathroom was broken and I informed the agent that the rest was fine. The bed has a comfortable view of the pool and the ocean is great, who does not look too much for this space is good for this price

We have stayed at facilities, Hawaiian Inn many times. This is a nice room but not the best. Just a a bit unkempt that's all. We spent most of our time out and about.

Hawaii Inn #422 Daytona Beach review
We liked the property stay but a lot of issues was our concern. We had no linens for two and a half days no tv and the WiFi didn’t work they sent someone for the tv but he didn’t solve the problem it took us Sunday, Monday, and half the day on Tuesday and lots of phone calls to get the linens and requested for partial refund then they finally arrived at the front desk for us because we were out at the time. Hawaiian Inn #422 Daytona Beach, Fl. I don’t know how to make it any better for you. This is my review

Jeep Beach

Nice little place
Nice little place, but the stove didn’t work and didn’t know until the last afternoon that we were there. (Would turn on but not heat up) Otherwise, nice place for the short little getaway that we had.

Our stay
We took my mother in law who hasn’t been able to travel for some time now here. Pictures are not a reflection of what is there. Trash everywhere, no one wiping things down after people using them. I had to carry my own Lysol wipes and wipe chairs down by the pool. They did even have the chairs 6 feet from the next family/group. The smell of pot everywhere. The doors slam all hours of the night. The amount money I expected a little better. I have tried to call Vacasa but no return call yet!

Property unit 5* a couple a few doors over argued and threw furniture until 2 am no sleep spring break and bike wk not a peaceful time to visit here

Moldy Room
Bed old and moldy. Black mold in AC unit. Management didn't get back with me for more than 4 hrs. Had to find other accommodation. Horrible. I will cancel my stay at the other property in TN for Feb as well.

We apologize that you were not satisfied with the home. We have checked the unit and there is no mold in the home. When you arrived at the home it had not been cleaned yet because our previous guests had just checked out and check-in time was not for four more hours. We did move you to different accommodations and we hope that you enjoyed your vacation still.

Lovely view of ocean. Loved the bar height table and chairs. Towels and linens lovely.
Everything in the unit could use a little updating because of staining. The couch is faux leather and cracked and pieces of it come off every time you sit on it. It also smells bad. The towels and linens were lovely. The bed was comfy. Air conditioning wonderful.
