"This property was perfect for our little escape. This was our first time taking our sons and their girlfriends on a getaway. Everyone had plenty of space and had the best time. We loved sitting out on the patio and drinking coffee in the mornings watching the waves. This will be the perfect spot once the beach access reopens. Hope to stay here again,"

"The house layout was excellent for a large family with small children and grand parents. Great kitchen and appliances to accomodate large group. Pool and proximity of beach were perfect for numerous short trips. Nice and quiet even with a few condos nearby. Just need BBQ upgrades. Would recommend to others for family vacation."

"Ive stayed at this property in the past but not in this unit. This unit is up to date, clean, well stocked, and well taken care of. The owners have in place all the comforts of home. We had one issue and these owners IMMEDIATELY got the problem handled. Great communication with them, you couldn't pick a better unit. Just hope you dont pick the date we will want next year, as we will be back. Who ever decorated had a feel for beachy chic, perfect touches. Thank you for such a comfortable home."

"The building itself looks pretty run down but honestly all of Daytona looked pretty old and run down. That being said, the condo itself was up to date and extremely comfortable. Beautiful, updated kitchen with marble counter and stainless steel fridge. Spacious rooms, noone felt cramped. Had beach toys available. Condo is located on the first floor of the building and overlooks the pool with a great balcony however door has been welded shut so you cannot access the balcony and pool is under...

"Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this adorable beach cottage was the ideal setting for a family getaway. The owners thought of every detail. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and enjoying meals. Bed and bath linens were super soft and fluffy. Above average. Outdoor seating in back is comfortable and lovely. Even a ping pong table in the garage! Of note: this property is dog-friendly, so don't be surprised to find the occasional hair in furniture....

"The building itself looks rough, but the inside was clean, the staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was small, but clean and cozy. Our cruise got cancelled last minute and we were looking for somewhere on a beach to hang out. This place checked all our boxes. A short distance to just about anything you need ; groceries, food, beach, pool etc. I would stay there again. Giovanna was easy to work with!"

"We were 2 families staying in this house. It is HUGE! The view of the ocean is amazing. The furniture in the house is NOT the same as pictured. There is a set of full sized bunk beds + a full size bed in a room, a queen size bed in a room, a king size in a room, and another king size in the last bedroom. The family room has a very large reclining sectional and 2 sitting chairs. Biggest issue for us was NOT enough dining chairs. The dining table could seat up to 10 but only enough chairs for 5...

"You never know what to expect when staying somewhere for the first time. Sometimes pictures can be deceiving. This was certainly not the case here. We were in town for 5 days for the NCA National Competition. The pool is so close to be completed. Parking was an issue each night, as the contractors are taking up spaces and the garage was not tall enough to accommodate our vehicles, but we made parking spots, and the lady at the front desk was always so understanding. "We had 15 members of our family join us to support our daughter at the NDA College Nationals. The two houses exceeded our expectations. We had ample space for all of us to spread out and have our own sleeping space. My only request would be that someone please tighten all of the bunk beds. They were all very loose and none of the kids felt safe sleeping on them so we ended up just moving mattresses to the floor."
