It sounds like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at the condo, especially with the car show you attend annually. The convenience of the location, with CVS nearby and the beach just across the street, hopefully added to the enjoyment of your stay. We love to hear our check-in/check-out process was easy and the communication was good is also a big plus. Even though the house may be a bit older, it's great to hear that it was well kept and met your needs. Thank you for being our guests & for your 5-star review!

That's nice to hear you found the house to be great! We are quite surprised that you would describe the house as filthy & that this is the 1st we are hearing this. Within your check-in & checkout procedures that you need to enter the house as it provides you keyless door access code & much more, we provide contact information to report any dissatisfaction & for assistance during your stay. Unfortunately, you chose to ignore our procedures & we never heard from you. We have these procedures in place for a reason, so we can hold our outsourced cleaners accountable if need be & to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, but those procedures were not followed & this information is only brought up in your review after your departure. We're glad you like the nice layout of the house! Please note within your check-in & checkout procedures sent 30 days & again 2 days prior to your arrival it states "The cleaners provide the very basics to start your stay. Any additional items you will need to purchase" so you know what to expect. Also, in the property description it says "* Please note: There is no washer / dryer on the premises." Again, this is so you know before booking that there is not a washer & dryer in the house. The house has regular pest control & pets have not been reported to us or legitimately stated in reviews. Also, we have procedures in place to report such & for assistance during your stay, yet we never heard from you. We hope you understand & thank you for your review.

That's lovely to hear you enjoyed the great location & great house! Yes, it is an older home which is why we provide many pictures and a detailed property description to view before booking so you know exactly what to expect. We wish you would have read your entire check-in & checkout procedures, specifically the line where it states, "During your stay, in the event a maintenance item occurs, please email our maintenance team for assistance" & we provide their contact info for a 2nd time in your procedures. Not 24 hours only, but during your stay. We're sorry you missed that. Also, if any items were missing (or if you were unable to locate them as towels, trash bags etc. were there), we are baffled again that you wouldn't follow your clearly stated procedures and let us know. We have these procedures in place for a reason so we can assist you if need be, during your stay, yet you chose to ignore the details that were provided to you 30 days prior & again 2 days prior to your arrival. These are the same exact procedures you need as they provide your keyless door access code to enter the house. We hope you understand & wish you all the best.

We apologize for the timing and inconvenience of the failed house items that occurred during your stay. It is always our intention for every guest to have a pleasurable stay, however one never knows when a maintenance item(s) will come up. Nevertheless, we are happy to hear our maintenance was able to comfortably accommodate you with a portable a/c and coolers with ice until repairs were lined up and made. With you mentioning in your review of the multiple people assisting you or trying to assist you, it clearly shows that we were on it! However vendors, parts and appointments do take time especially over the weekend, but it sounds like the portable a/c was cooling and the coolers w/ ice were able to take the place of the failed bottom compartment of the frig until they were fixed. With your short 4-night stay of just $465 in rent we thought $150 was fair in addition to the above accommodations we made for you. It saddens us to hear our attempts along with the provided courtesy credit still wasn't good enough for you. Best wishes!

The ac work was subcontracted out & we’re very sorry to hear that their employee was a jerk. The unit was serviced during your stay, is working fine and does go below 80. As you can see in reviews prior to & after your stay that other guests did not have complaints about the ac which worked for them. We hope you understand & we wish you all the best.

Please note that sand spurs are a very common weed found in Florida. We do not recommend walking around outdoors anywhere without shoes or any kind of protection on your feet, but we cannot control that you decided to do so. Please note you left out of your review that you forgot your belongings well after checkout and we created a code for you good for an hour to obtain such although the checkout time is clearly stated in multiple places. We hope you understand & we wish you all the best.

We’re happy you loved the location! We do recommend downloading our app as there is much helpful information and that is why we send an email upon booking that provides the information to do so. Please note that your check-in & checkout procedures were successfully emailed to you 30 days prior to your arrival as well as again 2 days prior. Also please note that this was your second time booking one of our properties and you had no issues with receiving the same check-in procedures previously. 🤔 That’s great the 2 twin size beds were perfect for your daughter & her friend! We’re truly uncertain as to why & who you would be texting as we clearly provide our maintenance department’s email address to contact us during business hours and an emergency line to call outside of our business hours but we never heard from you at all. We have these procedures in place so we can seamlessly assist to make your stay as enjoyable as possible but you would need to contact us just as stated within your procedures. Just as you stated, once you contacted the number provided, we were there to assist!! We hope you understand & we wish you all the best.

Just as we rated this guest very low for future owners to see, we do not recommend this guest!!! Just as every guest receives check-in & check out procedures & the procedures provide contact information for our maintenance team so we can address any issues or concerns, this guest did as well but went out of her way to ignore them. Instead of following our procedures, she sends a message through her Vrbo dashboard. She quickly received a response with instructions that we copied from within the clearly stated procedures that provide the door access code needed to enter the house where we provide our maintenance department’s email as well as a phone number for emergencies outside of our business hours. We informed the guest to follow her procedures and she will receive help she instead replied on her Vrbo dashboard. So you can continuously email but refuse to do so where we just not informed you in more than one way to get help, hmmm?? Also, instead of simply following the procedures that we have in place for a reason so the proper team can assist, she replies with threats to our Bookings Department. We do not condone such inappropriate behavior so you are no longer welcomed back at any of our properties.

Also, please keep in mind that your check-in & checkout procedures were emailed to you 30 days prior to your arrival and again 2 days prior to your arrival, we're sorry that you missed both emails that we then forwarded to you showing when they were originally sent. Just as you state in your review, the house was as described in the listing so you could plan accordingly prior with the special needs for a baby.
