Excelente estadia con el sonido del mar
lugar propicio para gozar de la intimidad con la familia, lejos del ruido, dificultad con recepcion porque no se habla español.

I was overcharged by the property at check-in, but didn't realize it until the next day. (Tired from traveling all day and didn't verify pricing, just handed over the cc.) I paid at the property, but when I asked about being refunded for the overcharge I was told I had to contact Expedia. They are also a cash-less resort. Something I wish had been made known to me ahead of time!

Because there is no access to the beach it makes it really inconvenient to enjoy it especially when you need to use the restroom. It forces you to use their pool facility if it’s available and the fact that there isn’t balconies really took away from hearing the ocean at night. Great view and beautiful sunrises and good beds to sleep on.

Staff was amazing and very friendly! They opened the pool and pool desk which was amazing! Had food and beverage service out to the pool area. Only downfall was the elevator closest to us was not working and the door to our unit needed new weatherstripping. Other than that I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again!

Super clean! They just opened the outside pool a week ahead of what was expected so we were able to enjoy the day by the pool.

Great facility Will be wonderful when the renovations are complete The staff is very friendly and they have security on site walking the building 24/7 The only complaint I have is the air does not flow to the bedroom well so the living room is freezing and the bedroom is hot They also do not have balconies with the ocean front rooms The grocery store is across the street which is really nice

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It had just been newly renovated. We had beautiful views of the ocean and beach in the master bedroom and the sitting area. It could use door hooks for more hanging storage. One of the bedrooms did not have a closet to hang clothing. The bathrooms should have more sturdy grab bars. The inside pool and jacuzzi were great. The pool temperature was like bath water. Wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Cafe had a great breakfast.

Loved the property but was quite disappointed that we couldn't hear the ocean in our oceanfront room. Totally sealed floor-length windows. Not even a porthole! The view was fantabulous, but craved to "hear" the ocean.😔

For the price bracket this is a nice 2 bedroom suite. View of the ocean and right on the end made it quiet. Yes it is under construction but we were gone during those hours and I knew before coming that it was happening. We would stay here again if back in Daytona.

Just stayed here for a birthday get away it was an amazing stay. Wasn’t to loud or anything. Unfortunately the outside pool and beach way was closed but there indoor pool and hot tub are open to the guest and they provide you to shuttle to the beach. Also my jets to my bathtub didn’t work and that was the main reason I came it was still a nice room and no body bothered us got to relax and enjoy my stay. Definitely plan on coming back when the property is all done.

Outside pool not open, ants in my room they had to move me, we have to wait until 4pm to check into the room so our time was wasted. The new room was clean.

Room was clean but very loud you could hear everything going on in the hallway. We were looking for a condo to buy decided to attend there sales presentation. Big mistake said it would be a hour an half we had to leave after 2 and a half hours First Lady rambled on then the high pressure guy came in. Would not recommend this property

This "hotel" was meh. The room was not stocked with enough coffee for 2 couples for 2 nights. There's laundry but no laundry soap available to purchase. The pool area is under construction. A big plus was that the staff welcomed bikers for the Daytona Beach Biketoberfest with soap and washcloths to wash our bikes. That was very nice and much appreciated.

Sweetest day getaway
Faults information about the property. Iasked for a shower chair/ bench for our shower being my husband has a prosthetic leg never got it. Mismatched coffee pot that i had to hold up to get it to brew. No outside pool, no ocean veiw room. All see is mounded of sand. The restaurant inside doesn't have half the foods on the menu and they are not open for dinner. Lady at the check-in desk was very rude. I will never stay there again.

Excellent stay!
Had a wonderful experience. Made an error and arrived a day early and resort was able to get us into our room anyway! Staff were warm and welcoming and clearly love their jobs. The only thing we would recommend is to install ceiling fan in rooms and to redo the ground surrounding the indoor pool- it’s peeling and worn in many places- as soon as the outside pool is up and running again.

Overall a positive experience
Overall we were pleased. the evening reception women needs a raise. She was slammed and dealing with several mix ups but she maintained composure and was friendly. The only thing I’d suggest is to build a path to the beach until the damage from the hurricanes is complete. Even a small path would have made a huge difference. The room was very clean. Staff was nice.
