Clean room. Clear view of ocean. Short walk to the pier. The only thing I didn’t like is the drive on beach but that’s just part of this section of Daytona. We LOVED the room and condo. Gym was great too

We enjoyed our stay at Aruba. It was great not having cars drive on the beach rhis time due to construction. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and I would certainly recommend staying there.

Great unit, great building

This was one of our favorite stays in Daytona. The unit was plenty spacious for the four of us, but could easily accommodate more, and had an amazing view. The storage locker across the hall for all the beach gear was great and made it easier to keep the unit cleaner! Would certainly stay again. Side notes, master bed is on the firmer side of things. Only complaint we had was limited silverware.

My family came down to the Aruba Condo for Spring Break! Everything from time of booking, checkin to checkout was easy and seamless. The condo was beautiful and made our stay so much fun! Can’t wait to come back again!

Great experience!

We loved our stay at Aruba Condos! The unit was clean and had great beach decor and furnishings. The hot tub was broken for half of our stay, but otherwise was great. We loved the pool and it was nice and warm! The beach storage on our floor had great stuff to use on the beach. Communications with the rental company was good and I got fast responses.we would definitwly stay there again!

Spring Break

The condo & view were absolutely amazing. Clean & well appointed. Woke up & watched the dolphins most mornings w/ our coffee. The pool was nice & heated so even though the weather wasn’t the best (cold & windy) the kids still had a blast in it.FYI pool & hot tub only open till dusk-found this out(asked to leave)the first night we(adults)tried to use it (8:30pm)-so forget about using it after a long day.Others traveling with children-mine were accosted by a man claiming to be part of HOA security & demanded to know which unit we were in when we were coming back from the beach-they were ahead of us by 15 min. It was approx.10:30pm. The manner in which this man addressed my children was completely unacceptable & uncalled for. This is NOT a reflection of the unit or the property management company, just know there is a Ken on the property who is rude & likes to harass people.This is a residence-there is no safe in the unit. Normally not an issue, but they had the buildings fire inspection the week we were there which meant they had to be grated access to the unit. We were not notified of this until AFTER we got there. This was inconvenient as it happened to be on one of the best weather days of our stay. Ended up staying in the unit until they got to it. If you are staying in March be aware.To get parking passes & gate opener you have to go off site-about 1.5 miles down the road. Property manager was very responsive to the parking issue we had.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Complex and unit were very nice, clean, and as described. We had been warned there might not be beach access at the condo, but that turned out not to be a problem. Ramp was only unavailable at high tide.

This unit has all the amenities of home just add a beach view! Very spacious with room for everyone. The kitchen has all the gadgets and appliances you need. The bathrooms have plenty of linens and then some. We really enjoyed having storage for our beach cart and chairs that was labeled for our unit. They had plenty of beach toys available for use also. The unit was very clean and also had a dehumidifier which was awesome for someone like myself with major allergies!!!! We have stayed at the Aruba before and always enjoy our time there. This time was no different.

Property was just as pictured… Very clean and spacious for our family! The location in Port Orange was nice and close to everything yet still away from the hustle and bustle. It was a very enjoyable vacation. We would stay again!

Beautiful ocean view!

We had a wonderful stay at the Aruba for spring break. This unit is an ocean front condo with a beautiful view! We enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning. The condo was very clean, kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The secure, underground parking was also a nice perk. The location is great: close enough to the action but far enough away that it is nice and quiet. Communication with the property management was easy and convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Condo

Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, nice large bathrooms and closets. Great wifi, and a good thing because the building has no phone signal except out on the balcony. Speedy elevator, great parking in covered secured underground garage. Would definitely stay again.

Great Experience !!!

Very clean, nicely decorated, everything you need in the kitchen, wi-fi, cable with Netflix etc., brand new washer and dryer, super comfortable beds in all the rooms, beach towels, extra linens, beautiful view from the balcony, heated pool, great security features with underground parking for guests with garage door remote and extra parking in front for visitors, close to the pier for dinner and drinks, family friendly. Would definitely come back!

Great place!

Our stay of a month was delightful! The unit was very clean and well stocked with nice cookware. There’s no need to bring yours from home. The amenities of the complex were great and location, wonderful. Definitely a place we’ll want to revisit!
