"Location on beach and views were stunning. Hearing the constant sound of the surf was amazing. House was very clean. Communication with host was excellent. We didn’t realize at booking process we had to request towels and linens, but after communication with host they were delivered within 45 minutes. Wells Beach is incredible and we truly enjoyed our stay here, including daily walks on the beach. "

"What a perfect little piece of heaven. This was a girls only trip and the patio was perfect for drinking wine and late night conversations. Very peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It is absolutely adorable. I highly recommend. "

Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. "

"We have our own vacation rentals so I know the challenges. I would suggest a single serve coffee maker. Easy to care for provides far better coffee and options for coffee flavors in the “pods”. Instant coffee is just not good… Great place. Loved the steamer! Thanks for the snacks!"

"The house was great, it was walking distance to the beach and a perfect spot for my friends. The rooms are small but not cramped, and there were a number of sitting areas for hanging out.
