I booked this location well in advance for Thanksgiving so my family could spend the holiday together. I also requested and paid for early check-in ahead of time. Just a couple of hours before check-in, the owner informed me that the stove was not working and that I would only be able to use the oven. They mentioned they would leave hot plates as a “solution.”This was extremely inconvenient, especially given the timing and the fact that it was a major holiday. Cancelling was not an option at that point due to family plans. The hot plates did not function properly, which significantly delayed our meal and completely dampened our holiday experience.I notified the owner and requested compensation for the inconvenience. They agreed the situation was unacceptable but never followed up or provided any resolution.Beyond that, the condition of the property was very disappointing. The furniture was worn and in poor condition despite the photos looking beautiful online. There were obvious quick-fix repairs throughout the home. The beds were uncomfortable and clearly need replacement. Cleanliness was also an issue — there were visible cobwebs hanging from light fixtures, and the patio was advertised with four chairs but only had one.Overall, this property is misleading and does not match the listing. Do not be fooled by the pictures. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
