"This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The location is perfect for getting just about anywhere in the QC. The fenced yard is perfect if you travel with a dog.That said, based on the reviews of others, I had higher hopes for the condition of the home. It was clean enough, though nowhere near spotless. The ivory carpet on the stairs and the second floor could really use a deep cleaning - it is quite dirty. The handle is broken off of the freezer drawer, so you have to grab the side...

"The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of...
