I gave the place we stayed at a week since we go home and they still haven’t made our horrible stay right.
We got there on Monday, April 1. We got groceries on our way in. The next morning our stuff in the freezer was melted and the fridge was less than where it should be. It took them until Wednesday to come out.
So, not only did we loose our food, but had to spend even more money on going out.
VACASA was horrible to talk with or get a hold of anyone. I asked for a credit, because I think it’s only fiat since we were out so much more money.
The second thing, the description said “ Don't worry about lengthy clean-ups here: we have a dishwasher for your convenience.” There was NOT a dishwasher.
When on vacation, it’s nice to have that, especially when the description said that.
I asked VACASA about it and nothing, the only thing they did was change the description and tell me, “The description doesn’t list that.”
I was smart enough to take a video screenshot of the listing where is shows that is was supposed to have one.
Can you please look into all of this? We will NEVER use VACASA again, and you guys should NOT represent them. Thank you, Josh/Jess
