Emily's is a beautiful refurbished apartment located along Lower Contour Road in Kingswear, South Devon. Kingswear is a wonderful village with a village shop, café, local pubs, ferries across to the historical town of Dartmouth and is famous for the Steam Train that can take you on adventures along the Coast and through the Countryside to Paignton. Kingswear is a fantastic location offering the tranquil village life for your stay yet is only short journeys away from Dartmouth, Brixham, Totnes, Paignton and Torquay. Lots of things to do and so little time!
The apartment is perfectly situated within the village offering Guests one private designated car parking space at the rear of the apartment building. As you walk down the steps from the parking space there is a terrace by the front door. At the front of the apartment you'll be greeted with a gorgeous view of the River Dart and you will be able to enjoy a lovely glass of wine at the end of the day making the most of 'the Sunny side' (locals joke). The apartment has two double bedrooms, an open plan living/kitchen and dining room and a family bathroom with walk in shower cubicle.

Please note that there are 25 steep steps to access the front door of the building.

Pets Welcome Maximum of 2 pets, £25 per pet per week.
Bedding and Linen Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Security Deposit This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat Electricity is included in the rental. Electric heated towel rails in the bathroom.
