"I utilized the space during a business trip. The neighborhood is very nice, active, yet quiet and quaint. The area of the studio apartment is enriched with nature, so you can expect to see a few flying bugs, but for the location such a sight is to be expected. I’d say my only challenge was locking and unlocking the door, the lock is quite difficult to maneuver. And with the key ring being so thin, it caused a moment of panic because the key fell off of the ring; so maybe a thicker metal ring....

"We have stayed in over 30 VRBO’s in the past 10 years. The Trolley Car is by far the most charming, clean, and well maintained of any. The off street parking was a big plus especially since it’s the Mardi Gras season. It was a great experience all the way around. We will definitely return. "

"We booked this apartment while visiting our son. Check-in was smooth. Room was very clean and had modern decor. A blow-up mattress was provided, along with extra sheets. Our favorite part of this booking was its close proximity to restaurants and the downtown area!! We walked to breakfast and early dinners!! Additionally, we enjoyed using the rooftop balcony for afternoon relaxation. We would definitely stay here again."
