"Clean houses and enjoyed the stay "

"Comfortable. Quiet. Loft upstaies has 2 full-sized beds & 2 twin beds. Though the cottage does not have an iven; you won’t need one. They have a toaster oven, hot plate w pots & pans. And a BBQ grill. Though not in the historic part of Charleston; it’s a quick trip over the bridge. And near Folly beach. Super attentive hosts. "

"Great location and property! Convenient private entrance and separate driveway for a vehicle. Super clean and had all the basics if you plan to eat in. Desk was great for a few work days. Definitely would stay again!"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was bright and welcoming, with an impressive amount of natural daylight that made it feel warm and inviting. Everything was very clean, and the location was incredibly convenient—within easy walking distance of many great dining options, plus a lovely park right across the street. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return."

"We like the Beachside Boutique Inn quite a lot! We were in a room in the main house right off the gathering area. The room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. We had a private deck, but the rain kept us from enjoying it, and the rest of the property. The well stocked kitchen was available at all times and a cute little sitting area was in the entrance area. The staff was friendly and very helpful! We will chose it again when back at Folly Beach."

"Property while small was the perfect size and location. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk or uber to different locations. Everything worked well and all the questions got answered immediately. Access to the Wonderer was great for a hot day as well."
