"The Dan River house was very roomy. The kitchen had basic supplies for all our cooking needs. Lots of pillows and blankets. Estella was a very gracious host and answered all our questions.We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the river. The grandchildren played in the river, even though it was October. We will be back in the summer to try tubing on the Dan River. "

"We loved the river behind the home, its one of the prettiest rivers and so much fun to play in and climb on the big rocks. The grandchildren loved the upstairs playroom and the outside playground with climbing wall, slide & swings!!! The adults loved the large rooms & indoor and outdoor games.
