Property was not the property that was represented through your service. I would recommend you address this with the management company & owner. I have used VRBO services at the coast and in other states. I they are misrepresenting their residence to you as well. I have pictures to send to you. Examples, in picture of Living Room shown only one curtain on window. All screens were ripped on the house. Ottoman shown was dirty, not clean at all. Ice marker did not work, they brought a small plugin ice maker. A shelf in refrigerator was broken. Kitchen counters nasty & sticky. Mstr Bd comforter had nasty soiling, they brought a replacement. No curtains were on the master bdrm windows and the street light outside came through the shutters. They brought curtains. Garage had 3 bags of bed linens from previous tenants, they were left in the garage. Side yard had no grass with pieces of slate to step on but were uneven and not safe to walk on. Master bath tub was not clean. The 3rd bdrm had a dirty Kleenex on the dresser. Raceway with the electricity for TVs were broken, but TVs worked. All remote controls had no backs on them to hold the batteries in the remotes. Hall bath did not have a light in the vent. The Mstr Bd Closet light was full of bugs and writing was on the back of the doors. No garage openers were there, I had to call to ask for the to bring 2. The back door to the garage was not usable because they did not provide a key even after it was asked for.
