Not at all recommend to stay with family. Rooms are not clean. There are insects in washroom with lot of smell.

Ameneities were sub standard. We requested a hair dryer and the one we got was of low quality and caused a burn in hairs. When we asked the hotel manager, it was told as our own mistake as if we don't know how to use it. Hair dryer plastic melted and there was smell. Luckily that smell saved our friend and didn't cause a burn in skin. Food quality was good but staff was not so polite.

Nice and clean hotel, hospitable staff, however, need to increase activities to keep the guests engaged

Ok rooms but badly managed.
Badly managed hotel, no culture of hospitality, untrained staff , no manners, food was good, aircon does not work.
