Dear Hans, Thank you for your feedback which has been taken and evaluated. As we know, your reservation was made for 2 person and you showed up with 3 and already inform us that you were not willing to set the extra bed bill as you will use only 1 bed. Our policy is clear regarding this matter which is every guest above 12 will be treat as adult and the full amount for the extra bed is required. As soon as you brought up the complaint we did offered few drinks and the day after our bar staff went politely to you to inform that the work would have start after 10PM. We sincerely apologise for the noise but we are improving our standard in order to give a better service to all our costumers. Hopefully you will give us another change if ever you will come back. Hi, Thank you for choosing Blanco Beach Resort as your made of stay in Malapascua, we appreciate your feedback and we take the opportunity to answer on your point. Wifi - Wifi in the Island is handled by GLOBE TELECOM and as long and is duty of them to upgrade the main Tower Source in order to fully supply the whole Island. We do have many routers around the resort and as of now this is the best we can do in term of speed ( we have between 3 and 5mbps). Security : We do have 2 security guard diring the day. One in the morning and one in the evening. They are going around all the time, monitoring and checking. Main gate is been guarded by them during the night as well along with the beach on the back. Fresh paint : We do refresh our rooms every check out in order to give to our guests the best and comfortable stay in our facilities. Our housekeeper clean and deodorize the room every day so it sound weird that you smell have smelled the fresh paint. If you did, we apologize and thank you for letting us know.
