The only "ultimate" aspect was the view. We thought the location would be beautiful and peaceful but we were directly exposed to a worksite as the house alongside us was being renovated with tradesmen from 6:15am and the use of screeching power tools to cut stone for the crazy paving. Further, as we walked into the living area, painters and landscapers and other workers peered in at us. There was no courtesy call from the owner to warn us or offer alternative dates. As such, we were compelled to escape out of the house during the day. The whole place looked grubby and dated despite being cleaned and fresh linen. The internal and external blinds were a good! The lounge was grimey and the cane chairs uncomfortable on bare legs. The single beds are not at all suitable for adults. The bathrooms had foul odour at times. The life jackets for kayaks are old, mouldy and smelly. For the high price and 10/10 rating we expected a fabulous, modern, very comfortable place for 5 adults. However, this place is long overdue for a renovation and new furniture! Note, unleashed dogs at inlet and local beaches.
