"Communication with Manuel was smooth and easy. The location is simply gorgeous. We had the Sherry apt which has a huge balcony with direct views to the Mountains. Location is great especially if you are hiking the higher summits. Pico de Arieiro is well worth getting up early for the Sun Rise. While were there, over 80% of the people were local. Food around is very good and asfffordable"

"Great location and nicely renovated old art building. Highly recommend. Only complaint which has nothing to do with the apartment itself is that the airport transfer we booked at the end of the trip (through the check-in and check-out process of the condo) did not show up and they did not answer the emergency phone number. This left us scrambling to find a last minute option (Uber) . Not the best way to end a vacation."

"This apartment is conveniently located one block off the main road in Funchal, with close access to wonderful restaurants and shopping. We were on a hiking vacation, and the ability to do laundry (washer and dryer included) was a huge plus.
