Would have loved to take a kayak out with my fish rods but the water was cold and we had some rough waters that week. "Please listen closely!! If you pass this place up, I truly feel sorry for you. I am on a first time adventure to Maine from Indiana and this is my FAVORITE place stay of ALL TIME. I wish I had done my homework and planned more time at Desert of Maine. Our cabin was cozy after a nice evening by the fire. Loved the shower!! I will definitely return for a girl's trip with my sisters!! (Cabin 17)"

"This unit was in the perfect location. Everything you could possibly need under a 10 min walk. I was impressed with how thoughtfully decorated it was. Felt like home. The host was amazing, unfortunately I overslept bc I was up late with a migraine the night before. The cleaner woke me I felt terrible. I hurried to get packed up and they were very understanding and patient with me. So grateful to have found her accomodations. I will definitely book with Jennifer when ever I can while I'm visiting...

"The unit is just off the main street (Maine Street) in Brunswick, close to Gelato Fiasco and Frosty's Donuts but not so close that you hear traffic. It's clean, with plenty of windows. Parking was easy, usually on the street right in front.We didn't need a hot tub or laundry, but if those were on the property, we didn't see them. Bumping our heads on the low angled ceiling on one side of both bedrooms were an issue for both of us.In all, a good deal for a good location."
