"Our second stay and we loved it. Great little lodge, with private hot tub and sauna. Albeit the Sauna was slightly less fun as the last time, due to the door not closing fully and the heater kept turning off. We still loved it and staff are great too. We will be back"

Noise levels unacceptable from beer keller two doors away playing loud muic until 2am. Rang desk at 1.30am who informed me they don't usually stay open that late but their opening hrs state otherwise. Kitchen extractor woke us at 7am that same morning. Windows not double glazed. Awful nights sleep."

"I love staying here, it’s my go to place. I was a little disappointed this time, stayed in room 22 on second floor. Room was clean, but the window was not able to stay open, so it was unbearably hot in the room, and just got hotter at night. It could do with at least two more plug sockets, as two were taken up by the fans we had to plug in and have on continuously. The bed was a little firm for our preference, but others may prefer that. "The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit."

"Lovely decor in reception and communal areas. Room was just what we needed. Spacious for a family of 4 sharing. Pool facilities were great. Breakfast was good quality, plenty of choice. Staff were very friendly and professional."

"Very beautiful stay! Very peaceful and relaxing!! Definitely worth the value! It was very Cosy, and when lighting the fire it heated up the whole pod very easily! Hot tub was really relaxing, easy steps and instructions on how to use it and the fireplace. Each pod had box’s for you to buy wood from by scanning the QR code so no need to leave your pod!! The pod came with a very nice bed and lovely bedding! Soft pillows and duvet. Tv provided with channels, Netflix, YouTube etc. Very cosy at night...
