Guests next door blared TV till 4 am …. We called front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. We should have been offered another room or get a refund.

A Hotel that is easy to find & in a good location to get to downtown-festivals-restaurants & stores. So clean & comfy here, It was an easy booking & we will definitely use this wonderful place again when we return to Cullmam.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was wonderful but I didn’t find it convenient for Interstate travelers. The breakfast bar wouldnt Be considered that in my opinion you had waffle or packaged roll very minimal two fruit choice. Milk you pour from a pitcher. Next door was an abandoned house which may be in the process of being demolished but the hote itself was beautiful and the gal at the front when I checked in was great

#1). When I checked into the hotel, and received my key to my room I went upstairs open the door and there were other peoples belongings in the room! Huge security issue for me. Very disappointed the hotel is new and there were only six cars in the parking lot. How could this happen? #2). I stayed four nights the whole time I was there I could never access, Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. the Internet did not work. They switched out my TV and it still didn’t work. It was an error with the hotel. No one had any answers staff had poor response. So it was not a restful stay that I was not able to relax and Watch any of my movies during the evening. I stayed at this hotel back in January and booked two rooms both suites, one with the kitchenette and the same issue occurred. They switched out my TV then and I was fine but this time I had a terrible experience.

Hotel has a picture of an indoor pool, but does not have one. They refused to refund my reservation and I tried to cancel an hour after I booked and realized they were using deceptive advertising. Zero refund policy with Expedia, guess I'll never stay at one of their hotels again!

Newer facility...staff was very accommodating and understanding for the stay. WE had an excellent stay and would stop here again for the night on any occasion!! Terrific place to stay...breakfast was awesome and had plenty of choices to satisfy the crew we had with us!!! Rooms are spacious and we liked every aspect of this stay. Close to shopping and easily attained!!!! Would recommend to stay here again!!!!

Brand new hotel. We loved that there is a restaurant on site and a small thing…the shampoo body wash etc in dispenser so there is not the waste of all the little bottles!

Brand new hotel. Extremely clean. Close to Walmart and other stores/restaurants. Very nice. Not right off the highway, a short drive “into town,” but definitely worth it.

This hotel only opened December 2023 so the hotel looked immaculate due to it being a new hotel. I booked another reservation in March. I will give another review after that stay

They double charged. Be careful!
I pre-paid my stay at the hotel, and they charged me again after I left. I called to dispute the charges, and the agent said she would call me back. Nobody called me back. Had to dispute with credit card company. A lot of hassle. Staff are not well trained. Other than that, everything was good.

Amazing service!
Beautiful new hotel. Our tv didn’t have a connection chord. The manager was called in and he went to a store, bought a chord came to our room, installed the chord and we were good to go. That was amazing service. Everything else was perfect, clean and comfortable.

This newly opened motel is very clean and in great condition. the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a question about the television and the desk clerk came to our room to help.

The hotel has been open for about 3-4 weeks so it’s NEW! Everything is very nice and clean. Staff was amazing.

They were extremely helpful and efficient as many people were checking in due to an ice storm!!! We were traveling for 10 days and this was the best hotel of our entire stay!!
