"Disappointing. We love Venture Out, arrived on Friday to trench on the right side of the unit. Saturday and Sunday was nice, enjoyed the porch overlooking canal. Monday workers showed up worked on trench, filled it in and starting digging on left side. Using an excavator, saws etc we could not sit outside. Hard to even have a conversation inside. This went on all week. They finished the trenching and paved on Thursday. Terrible!I notified host on Tuesday and she came over to apologize, very nice...

"Such a lovely house and property. The view of the ocean was right outside the back porch. The swimming pool was also great, shaded in the afternoon. There's even an outside shower by the pool to rinse off. I love that it's salt water, not chlorinated. The host was excellent and answered questions quickly. My only complaints are the bed in the 1st bedroom was not very comfortable and 2 outlets in the kitchen don't work. "

"This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...
