"The room was very spacious and spotless. The pool was cleaned and Jennifer was responding to our txt messages within a minute. Very convenient location to Carrillo Beach and private property located up on the hill.Higly recommend,you cannot get someone better for your money. I will return and book again. "

"The pool was the saving grace for this property. I would not go anywhere in this region without a pool, it was wonderful to escape the heat and humidity. We were lucky as we were alone in this complex for 10/14 days. That was wonderful as when other units were occupied they had kids that lived in the pool so you never had time to enjoy the pool when others were there. We never had more than 1 family there besides us at a time, but the property has 5 units, so if all 5 were occupied, probably not...

"This is a great property for the price. Overall I recommend this rental and would rent again. We were in an upstairs unit of a four Plex (3). No real negatives but a few FYIs. Host was super responsive. Pool is a definite plus. Good-size, super clean, there were lounge chairs but they needed padding, two large tables and chairs for all guests. Overall beautiful pool area. "We recently enjoyed a relaxing week in Sámara at Cima del Mar, and it was everything we wanted. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well-supplied, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing, and offers incredible views of both sunrise and sunset. "The road to the place was a little bumpy and we weren't fully sure we were going to the right place, but it was a beautiful space. Not a ton of room for suitcase or storage if staying a long time (we had 4 people and didn't unpack).However, the pool was great, the place was clean and a lovely place to stay! We felt safe. "
