Sportsman’s Dream location.

Property was beyond clean and over the top stocked. Boat ramp was just down the street and the floating deck and outside deck area are all new and well kept. Car parking was covered. Dishes, pots, pans etc were in new condition and well stocked. If you want to walk in and catch up on rest a relaxation or go chase fish or scallops this is the place. Owner was easy to talk with and a fantastic host. We travel and rent often…10/10 rated.

We had an amazing long weekend stay in this beautiful house. The floating dock made it very comforting and convenient for our 27ft boat. Our 2 dogs had a great time on the dock and grass backyard to lounge, very dog friendly. The house had plenty of room, cool AC, extra linens, very clean and upgraded features. Check In and Out was made easy and Trevor was wonderful to communicate with via text and responds quickly. Highly recommend for adults and families with littles ones. 5 Stars

Exceptional Stay

From booking to speaking with Trevor, the owner, everything went smoothly. Home was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything needed. It was a very pleasant surprise to find that the cleaning lady left us fresh baked cookies as well left our sweet fur babies baked bones. Large ones for our Sophia and small ones for our little man Sampson. We were arriving after dark and they took time to go back and leave lights on for us. I highly recommend staying with them when traveling to Crystal River. Fishing was great I caught 13 catfish, turned them loose, so book and go catch.

Spacious, Updated Home with Great Dock Access

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Vrbo in Crystal River! The home was recently updated and everything felt fresh, clean, and spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The dock and canal access were a huge plus—we loved spending time outside by the water.The location was perfect: just a short drive to several stunning natural springs and a gorgeous beach nearby. We had so much fun exploring the area, kayaking, and soaking up the sunshine.This was such a relaxing and memorable trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Crystal River area!

My Wife and I had a great time here with the boat in the back yard. The canal leads right out to the main River and is close to Kings Bay and the Gulf in the other direction. This home is completely remodeled and very nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The Host, Trevor, communicated and answered any questions we had. We will stay again.. We will also recommend to friends.

This was our 2nd time staying at the property. We stayed a couple of months ago for July 4th. My husband booked the property in September for a fishing tournament. Host also leaves fresh baked cookies upon arrival 😋 We will book again in the future!

Great House at a Great Location

Great getaway in a great location. 10 minute boat ride to the springs or a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf. Deep water canal with a boat lift. House can easily accommodate 6 comfortably. Very clean and well maintained. Great host with quick response. We will be back. Thank you

The property is very clean and has great AC. It is a mobile home, which is not in the details. And says pet friendly, but does not say there will be an extra pet fee in the details. Otherwise, great location for boating to the springs and restaurants. Great boat dock and outside sitting area. The property manager replies very quickly.

Fantastic on water house

Had a wonderful time but unfortunately cut short by hurricane Debby. Great loacation with a dock short distance from the boat ramp. Easy access to the gulf of mexico. Very clean and very well stocked kitchen, linens and even beach towels. Extremely cold Air Conditioning..nice touch was the note and cookies that greeted us..My granddaughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed animal and the owners went out of their way to meet us and get it back to her. Definitely a great place to stay..and I will try to stay there again

Clean and cozy cottage

We had a great time at this rental! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, including foil, ziplock bags, paper plates, paper towels, etc. which was awesome. The lift was perfect for our 24’ boat. Short ride out to gulf or into town and the springs. The bed was very comfortable memory foam, which is huge for me! Bathroom had shampoo, bug spray, etc. The housekeeper left us homemade cookies and even brought by a homemade birthday cake because she heard we were both celebrating our birthdays. One of my favorite VRBO’s. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!

Birthday Celebration

Rented the property to celebrate my July 4th Birthday & watch fireworks at Kings bay. My city hasn’t put on a public firework display since Covid. So that’s the main reason for our booking. Property as described, fully equipped kitchen & plenty of room! Owner had fresh baked toffee/chocolate chip cookies upon arrival that were delicious! Dock was big enough to park our two boats. The only negative was on my birthday (4th) I was awaken at 7:15AM by the lawn service. I feel the lawn service should've been taken care of prior to check-in. Or communicated that they were coming. Other than that we, enjoyed our stay & would recommend/stay again!

Our family of 4 stayed here in May 2024. We will definitely be returning! The house was immaculatley clean and had everything that we could have possibly needed. Plenty of room for more than 4 people. The dock had plenty of space for our 25 foot boat and the lift was great. It is located just minutes away from some great restaurants and its a quick boat ride to get offshore. The owners were always super easy to get in touch with should we need anything. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, we will be booking again!

Oldie but a Goodie

The house is decorated so nicely. We had a great time. Kitchen was very easy to cook in. All the rooms were big and roomy. Very comfortable and will definitely stay here again.
