"WiFi connection held strong, making it easy to catch up on work while away from home. The table and desk in-room helped get things done efficiently."

"Breakfast had variety: pancakes, juice, fruit, good way to start the day!"

"Clean apartment. Slept like a baby! Easy check in and out! Right in the middle of town and close to Tanner's and MoCo Brewing Co."

"Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...

"It was our second time staying at the unit and it shows exactly as listed. It was a convenient location for us as well."

"Our stay was perfect! The condo/loft was exactly as described and was everything we wanted. So cute, clean and the coffee shop and pizza restaurant directly downstairs were incredible!! Perfect location to visit all the waterfalls! We would definitely stay here again!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this charming loft apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location truly could not have been better. "There is no staff. The property was probably built in the 60’s and had not had a single update or repair. Dead bugs when you walked in. Lights and outlets do not work. From the outside it looks terrible, trash and debris in the parking lot. We booked for two nights but only stayed one. The location is wonderful, that’s the only nice thing I can say."

"Shannon is an amazing host anytime we had questions or concerns she got back to us quickly. The suite was beautifully put together and very clean."

"The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again."
