We rented Dream Island as we prepared for the wedding of our son and daughter in law; location was perfect for us in that the venue was 13 minutes away. Family flew in from various parts of the country throughout the week. The house was perfect in that it allowed each couple to have a bit of privacy and own bath, all the while allowing us to come together in the kitchen, on the deck, out on the dock. The game room served perfectly as a prepping area for various parts of the wedding weekend, that we easily were able to load into cars to deliver to the venue. Thank you Mike for your unmatched communication and helpfulness.

A great location on a beautiful little peninsula. A great spot for family to spread out and have fun. The lake area is spectacular. Great place for the kids. The fire table was amazing. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable bedrooms. Would stay again!

Perfect stay!

Just the perfect short getaway for our little family. The house is beyond gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need plus some things that come from thoughtful planning on the part of the host. I even took advantage of a relatively warm and sunny March afternoon to read in the outdoor space.

Dream Island Cabin

Loved our time at Dream Island - perfect for our group of 7 people, ages 18+. Loved having access to Little Pine as well as the creek to paddleboard and kayak. The trees were perfect to set up hammocks close to the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Dream Island

The place was large and very clean. Quiet spot on the lake even with places across the way. Has 2 docks which was nice. Property manager responds fast to any messages. We had 2 SUV’s and another with the boat trailer and it would have been tight if another trailer had been there like was originally planned. Would definitely recommend this rental

Great stay

Both the location and home were gorgeous. There was ample room for our family to be comfortable with 4 different sleeping spaces. There was very comfortable setting out on the deck with a nice bar height fire table. Due to weeds we couldnt swim right off the dock as the property is on a channel this was expected. Lots of lilypads but it adds to the beauty of the cabin. We were surprised there wasnt really any mosquitos! The host was very receptive and quick with responses.

Early June Family Gathering

Had a wonderful time here @ Dream Island with family. Fantastic location, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of spaces to stretch out in. No real dining room (just seating in kitchen) but we made it work with enough chairs for extended family who have a house nearby. Overall, a good experience.

A Gem on Little Pine Lake!

If you're looking for a vacation filled with fun and tranquility, a stay at Dream Island is just what you need! The location and accommodations at Dream Island were top notch. Our days were spent relaxing on the gorgeous deck and fishing off the docks, kayaking and water skiing around the peaceful Little Pine Lake, cruising and tubing the Whitefish Chain of Lakes, and playing yard games and grilling. We'll definitely stay at Dream Island next time we visit Cross Lake. Thanks for making our family vacation a dream!

Amazing Lake Experience

My family and I stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful time. Very peaceful lake home at the end of a street on the island. The cabin was super clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We took the canoes out in the mornings and paddled around the islands. In the afternoons we setup hammocks between the lakeside trees and relaxed. In the evenings we visited the various waterfront restaurants on the lake chain. Just a super fun time. Will definitely come back!!
