"I stay here every two weeks for work and I wouldn't trade it for anything. It’s the perfect balance between hotel functionality and the warmth of a home in the heart of Leicester.
The best part: The peace and quiet for resting, the convenience of having my own kitchen, the location, and a team that always makes you feel welcome."

"Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again."

"The horses cab was very cute and well designed, spotless and cosy.Very relaxing place, the views of waking upIn the morning with the horses are amazing. Also have pigs, a little pony that is very friendly and trots around in the open. Owners were friendly polite and very helpful on call with anything you needed help with. "Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up
Parking for car off road.
Access to public transport..
Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up.
Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools "

"This property was perfect for what we wanted. The whole house was well-equipped and the games room was excellent. The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to a supermarket and retail park. Communications with the host were spot on."
