"The Happy Place is a perfect little house. I would have actually liked to know more about the property's history. We were very comfortable there-I loved the old Philco refrigerator that is still running perfectly. Interesting artifacts to explore. The shelving gave me ideas for my own little cottage in PA. Mike and Lisa have thought of every detail, including a full sized coffee pot with supplied coffee (AND Keurig machine), a large outside seating area, a dining table that fits 8, toiletries if you forget something, off street parking, a mini golf hole, and so much more! "I would give the house five stars based on location in the neighborhood. House was always available for anything we needed. It is pet friendly so another plus is that they have a fenced in backyard for your pets the house had everything we needed overall was a good experience staying here for the week that I was here while I was working, would highly recommend to anyone"
