We needed a serious break with peace and quiet. This place was all that and more!!! Loved the balconies and the decor was so nice. We only left one day for awhile, but cooked in every night we were there. We probably saw less than 10 people on the whole beach the 4 days we were there. We definitely recommend this property if you need solace and time to relax.

My new wife and I enjoyed our quick little "mini-moon." The accommodations were very nice and the view was priceless. Such a relaxing time. Would definitely return. And the bottle of champagne was an added touch of kindness.

Perfectly home for a true beach getaway. Waking up to dolphins swimming by and lets not forget about the millions of stars that you can so brightly at night! House was decorated perfectly and had all the comforts of home plus more. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely water and decks!

This property is right on the water at Shell Point beach, usually a very calm,shallow body of water that seems great for fishing and playing with family members. I highly recommend this setting fora retreat of your own, or for a family vacation!

Great

Everything was great. Easy communication, house was spic and span and had everything we needed for the week.Nice and quiet. We loved watching all the hermit crabs, birds, jumping fish and dolphins. Everyday was different. Love this house and location.

This was our 3rd time staying at this house. We love the house and the area. This is not for you if you are looking for a party place. If you want to relax, it's just the place for you.

Beautiful!

Beautiful views, great fishing, very nice and clean condo! The only con is a lot of steps but if you’re young you won’t mind. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

Super close to water this is on the bay.

Very quiet clean and comfortable not your place if you are a in water person. Apparently there are water condition issues here frequently they are posted at the bathhouse. But for water view and relaxing cannot be beat.

Slice of Heaven!

The perfect slice of heaven. With the water just a few foot steps away from the back door this place has everything you need for a quiet weekend getaway! Dolphins and manatees just 10 yards from the shore, all while, enjoying the view from one of three back decks! Owners were perfect, weekend wete perfect, views were perfect.

Wonderful!

Lovely place to stay. Enjoyed the scenery and not too far of a drive to Tallahassee. Host was very welcoming and helpful. I had left some items behind and host was quick to retrieve the items and work it out for pick up. Townhouse was very clean and it had everything we needed. Thank you, we had a great time!

Nice and clean condo !

My stay was Great , but if you’re looking for a white sand beach , this is not the place . But it was cool watching all the fisherman boats come in in the evening, and the sunrise and especially sunsets were beautiful!

Wonderful and relaxing stay! Right on the water!

Everything we could ask for for a relaxing week at the beach. The condo is right at the water. You literally just walk down to it. The stars at night time is amazing. The condo was clean, with everything you need for cooking simple meals. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely people around too. The owner is super responsive to our questions. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitively come back if we are in the same area again!

Perfect long weekend get away

The condo is right beside water! The condo is up to date and decorated so perfectly. The master bedroom is large and bed is comfortable. Nice walk in shower. The pots and pans are in excellent condition and dishes are so pretty. It is probably the cleanest place we have ever rented! The host reached out to us on day one and was very attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay with this host again on our next trip to Shell Point, FL.

Beautiful and peaceful

Great communication with the property manager. Nicely appointed and supplied. Perfect place for my mom to stay while visiting us nearby. Loved sitting on the bay/gulf front covered decks and watching the surf, birds and boats go out and in. Great spot for families, fishing enthusiasts or a romantic getaway. Enjoyed our time and recommend highly if you don’t want a loud tourist trap.
