Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! Kudos to the hosts on keeping the charm while renovating this cottage. "

"We absolutely loved this house. It was so peaceful with just a handful of people either way you looked on the beach any day of the week or the weekend. People were so friendly and it felt like heaven on earth. The house had everything you would need and if we ever had a question about anything. We would get a response within minutes. Plenty of room for parking that was shaded which was a plus. It was perfect!!"

We fished many places in the area but were not able to get out in the water at the house.The views are incredible....we will miss the views from the back deck. Fenced yard was great for our dog. "Enjoyed the views and plenty of room for our group. Although there is no water access except via boat at the property, we did walk down the road to the public beach. Although it was rocky in the water, we enjoyed the undeveloped location where the kids found crabs and other creatures. "
