Great location close to FSU!

Stayed here for a few days while visiting for my daughter's FSU graduation. House was beautiful with everything provided. The kayaks were great and we had lots of fun!

Best Beach Staycation!

Ed & Debbie, your home was beautifully decorated and and extremely, thoughtfully equipped. We brought the food and everything else was provided; Kitchen well equipped for meal prep, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, life vests, wood for the outdoor grill, and so much more. Communication with Ed was great, always offered suggestions on dining and local recreation but for us, we were content to stay put and enjoy a relaxing week of fun in the sun. We highly recommend this location, THIS home and would love to come back again!

Fantastic House!

This house had everything that you could need on a beach vacation. Leave your beach chairs, beach towels and so much more at home. All you need to pack is some food and your clothes. The kitchen in the house is equipped with everything and more! Ample supply of nice dishes and cookware. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our whole family. The hosts were so gracious and were very quick to respond to us with any needs or questions we had. The house sits right on the water/beach so it was very convenient to get the littles in for naps etc. without much trouble. On the other side of the house, across the road are boat ramps/launch. A couple in our group hired a guide for a day of fishing. Very convenient, they just walked across to meet the guide. Would definitely recommend this house and would definitely stay there again. Oh yeah, beverage fridge and separate ice maker in the kitchen was a major plus! High end everything! The hosts have done a fabulous job with this house.

Great Family Weekend

It was a beautiful, comfortable home. The owner thought of everything to make our stay memorable. We loved the views, the porches, the ice maker The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids & grandkids had a blast on the kayaks & paddle board!

Spring Break 2025

We had a fantastic stay! Ed went above and beyond—providing more than just the essentials. The home was truly “move-in ready” and exceeded all of our expectations. It was immaculately clean and perfectly prepared for our arrival. Ed was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. No complaints at all—everything was beyond perfect. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Beach House!

This was a beautiful house. We did not want for anything. The hosts supplied everything we needed except for food. The beach and neighborhood were peaceful and quiet. . Above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Unbelievably Beautiful!

I give this property a 100/10! Mr. Edward was so nice and answered all my questions. The property itself was immaculate and fit all our needs. We specifically got it for family that was coming down to my partner’s graduation and they absolutely loved it. The drive back to Tallahassee and the FSU campus was not bad at all, maybe 40 minutes. This house has everything from a fire pit near the water, to water toys, to a gas grill for impromptu barbecues. We will definitely be back again!

Peaceful Getaway in a Beautiful, Well-Equipped Home?

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, brand-new home! It rained for a couple of days during our trip, but being in such a lovely, well-appointed place made it easy to still enjoy our time. The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, which made everything seamless. They truly thought of everything—from wood and lighter fluid for the fire to life jackets, sunscreen, and kayaks. The beach felt so private, and there weren’t many people nearby, which made it even more peaceful. It was clear a lot of care went into making sure guests have everything they need. We can't wait to come back!

2024 G Rated Version of Sex and the City

4 Friends got together for their 1st Girls Trip. The pictures on this site do not do the house justice. The house is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is amazing with the ice maker and the hidden cupboards for glasses and spices. The Master Suite Bathroom has a heated toilet seat and a Bodey...how bougie is that.... Ed the owner is GREAT such a nice man. He gave us tips on where to go for good seafood and attractions. If you are planning a trip to Tallahassee look no further book this house you will not be disappointed

Family Fun

We loved Sandy Feet. It was better than expected. Beautiful views from both porches. It was a quiet family area. The kitchen was fantastic. Well stocked. There was plenty of space for 8 adults. Family memories made in a wonderful setting.
