The space extends to a covered patio, where cushioned seating and sun loungers overlook the lagoon, and the swim-out zone offers easy, spontaneous dips from morning to dusk.



The kitchen features sleek dark cabinetry, stone benchtops, and quality appliances—including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and pod coffee machine—ideal for everything from breakfast smoothies to home-style dinners. A large dining table nearby sets the scene for long, relaxed meals.



Both king bedrooms are softly styled with crisp linens and blackout blinds to ensure restful, uninterrupted sleep. The primary bedroom opens directly onto the patio, offering easy access for an early swim or a quiet moment by the water.
