The week of the Cicada invasion

Great home and location! Open and airy, big TV, colorful kitchen, great mattresses and comfy coach. There are some areas of cocern. There is no ceiling fan in the third bedroom as shown in the listing, shower doors are very difficult to close, the knives aren't sharp, the big coffee maker is tarnished inside. The kayaks weren't stored properly, they were filthy, full of standing water and insects. I had to thoroughly clean them. Other than that, we did ok.

Needs Some Love

Clean inside but needs some updating.Outsde needed a power washing house & deck. Garden hose was tangled on the deck which was a trip hazard,stairs down to the pond were new but the info in the house said “do not use”,the large cooler on the deck needed cleaning as well as the grill.The hammock that was supposed to be in the hall closet was laying out on the new the woods & the glass shower doors on both showers need some work & the pictures online made the kitchen look much bigger than it really is. The living room & dining room are ideal for a large gathering. Very secluded location it you want to get away

girls getaway

five older women. House was plenty big enough nice kitchen very big living room and the outside patio was fabulous. Not a lot of picky rules like one of the previous houses I stayed in last year like vacuum the floor, start all the linens and all that .very easy to follow the rules here definitely would go again.

Quiet getaway

We stayed here for a quick weekend away. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The location was perfect for a couple families to get together and enjoy the deck and lake. Close to the Mashpee Children’s Museum and not too far from beaches. Quick drive to local breweries. Communication with the property manager seemed to be through an automated bot type system but we didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to call anyone. Would stay again.

Beautiful tranquil setting

The home was large and we had lots of room to spread out . The deck is nice to hang outside on the chairs with the view of the Pond. It ‘s very quiet, there were neighbors we could occasionally hear but not see. Very remote. We used the bbq several times too. We also took the kayaks out which was fun. The inside has a full kitchen, had everything we needed. Were missing a can opener which Vacasa brought the next day. Beds were comfy. Did have an issue with one of the showers dripping, Vacasa responded owners would have fixed. Also used the washer/dryer, however there is no iron. The property is lovely and great for get-together. Would stay again.,

This beautiful home was clean and well maintained. It was spacious enough for our mid winter getaway with friends- plenty of room to spread out in the living room and the dining room table was big enough for our nightly board games.

Beautiful, but ...

The house and property is gorgeous! Many things to do inside and out of the residence. I was disappointed of the outdoor/yard maintenance. Tons of leaves on the ground, yard hasn't been cleaned up. We still enjoy the beautiful views, back porch, kayaking, fishing , etc.

Relaxation Bliss

We loved our stay at this oasis! It was just as described and the view looking over the water is so calming and peaceful! The ONLY thing I would suggest is lighting up the entrance to the drive (or making the address sign bigger). We arrived after dark and we passed it several times (and turned into other drives) before finally figuring out which drive to turn down. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back again!

Great location for a large group

This is a huge house with tons of space for way more guests than we had. Great location to essential necessities but also not far from cute shops and beaches. Loved the deck! Some of the kitchen supplies were limited for our foodie family and no soap in the bathrooms, but overall a good stay.

Wonderful Family Getaway

If I could buy this house, retire now and have every summer just like last week - I would be forever happy. We mostly stuck around the house enjoyed the pond, the house and the yard. The house was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. We were far enough from everyone to get away but a short drive to the Cape things that we wanted to do. I've stayed in around a dozen rentals over the years and this is one of the best!

Quiet and relaxing

Very quiet area. Enjoyed the pond view, open floor plan of house and ease to get to other parts of the Cape. Just my husband and I getting away for a few days of R&R.

Super clean and lovely property

Beds were comfy, whole house was clean. Spacious main area and gorgeous views from the deck! Only issue was kayaking- to get down to the lake wasn't sloped enough to think climbing back up with a kayak would be safe. Other than that great!

Hidden gem !

Myself and 3 friends had a girls weekend and stayed at this home. Home was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The grounds and back deck was beautiful and loved staying on a pond and we used the kayaks and it was so much fun.
