Location was just perfect for walking around Old Town Cottonwood and visiting near by Sedona. Much nicer than staying in overcrowded Sedona. And local businesses seemed genuinely pleased to greet you and appreciated your business.Neighbors were extremely nice and considerate if their dogs barked and quieted them immediately. Never a problem even while we sat outside with our dog. Easy safe walk to a grassy park also, even at night. Our 95 year old family member appreciated the ease of navigating the open space within the well thought out floor plan. And he especially enjoyed walking to the nearby coffee and donut shop literally around the corner. Owners/hosts did a great job renovating and updating this vintage bungalow. A lot of thought and attention went into the details in creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere and experience for guests.

This house is a perfect location for exploring Old town Cottonwood and the Verde River. It's clean (most important!), beds are super comfly, and kitchen has everything you need. This is our second visit and look forward to returning soon.

We originally booked for a Wed-Sun not knowing how well our softball team would do at the State tournament up here, but we kept winning and communication about extending our stay was very easy and we were so thankful for that! While we were here, the temps were 106-108 but the house is nice and cool and spacious enough to hang out in all day until game time. My dog broke a window blind and they were very kind about it when I let them know. The house is just a very short walk to Old Town and the river which was wonderful!!

Fantastic location

The location of this home is ideal, the location itself is five-star! It is a peaceful neighborhood and so convenient. We walked everywhere until it was time to check out, it was close to everything we needed! The host was incredibly kind and responsive, which we appreciated. While the home has a lot of potential, we noticed a few areas that could use some attention. With a little refreshing and a few thoughtful touches, this property could easily become a top-tier stay.

Lovely home and perfect location

We had a lovely, comfortable stay in Cottonwood at this property. The home has cozy beds and couch and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s literally steps to Old Town which we frequented. Also, if you are staying with a pet who is picky and doesn’t like to go potty in anything but grass, there are two green spaces within a couple minute walk. Highly recommended! Thank you to the hosts!

Great communication with a great location

We stayed for two nights and the communications between us and the hosts was amazing. They were very responsive and welcoming! The location of the property was within walking distance of many restaurants and very quiet at night.

Very enjoyable stay

This house was very clean and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The house had everything we needed and is in a very quiet neighborhood. One evening that we stayed we walked a block to the downtown area to have dinner. We would stay again if we returned to the area. The beds were VERY comfortable!

Clean & Great Location

This three bedroom, two bath property has been fully renovated with all you need to enjoy a fabulous getaway. Interior is spacious, clean, and inviting. The location is in walking distance to downtown restaurants and tasting rooms. Property owners were very easy to communicate with, easy check-in and out. Highly recommend!

Perfect Downtown Cottonwood Getaway!

We had an amazing stay in downtown Cottonwood, just a short walk from Main Street. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all that Main Street has to offer. Our host was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions promptly. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was the perfect spot for our family and friend getaway for the night. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Great Location!

We did a mini vacation with another couple and this property was ideally located close to everything. It's a short walk to Downtown Cottonwood and a short drive to a variety of attractions, stores and places to eat. The communication with the host was great as was check-in & check-out. The only issues we had were with the cleaning crew and a few minor inconveniences.We found multiple hairs on the sheets of one of the beds. A photo was taken and sent to the host. Wash cloths were not available for the showers nor was there enough toilet paper left in the bathroom cabinets for a group of 4 people staying for 4 days. Neither door of the restrooms latched when closed which made it very uncomfortable for anyone using the restroom, but we made it work. The host has been informed that neither door latches and hopefully that will be fixed soon. Overall, it was a great location for our needs, and we would stay again if all concerns are addressed.

Enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location. Couldn't have been better. Cozy place for our friends shopping trip in easy walking distance to Old Town Cottonwood and a quick drive to Jerome and Sedona.

Great beds, good showers, close to Old Town

Nice remodel job done on home. Great beds. Need better instruction on TV and on remotes for air conditions. No Shoe policy great but need a mat by front door to put your shoes. Very close to Old Town. Blazing M Ranch a must for Dinner and Show.

Perfect Location & Beautifully Appointed

Just got back from Cottonwood & stayed in this fabulous home! It has been beautifully redone/appointed and has all that you need for a wonderful stay. The mini-split ac systems were great! The property is very nicely redone & walkable to the historic downtown of Cottonwood. What a great trip our crew had! We will be staying there again!

Cottonwood Introduction to AZ

The trip to and stay in Cottonwood was fun. A great introduction, even in June, for visitors who had never visited Arizona before. The Cottage was roomy, pretty clean, very quiet, pretty well organized and fairly well equipped. We appreciated the location which was walkable to downtown and had easy access to supermarkets, major highways/roads to sights. The hosts were gracious, and the instruction binder was complete and helpful.
