This was a great place! The location was good with restaurants and shopping nearby. The hosts were exceptional in communicating with me prior to the trip and throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend to others.

Cute dairy cottage

The dairy cottage is beautiful! We enjoyed our three night stay. It’s within 5 minutes of old town Cottonwood and had all the necessary amenities. While we didn’t cook any meals at the cottage, it appeared well stocked with everything you would need. The bathroom is on the first floor and all sleeping arrangements are in the loft. They included robes in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The neighborhood was very peaceful. It’s perfect for couples or small groups.

Lovely Stay

We visited for our 8th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed! The location is excellent for exploring Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, and Sedona. The rental is unique and well appointed with typical supplies needed for your stay and lots of extras! Brandon was an excellent host and very communicative. Thanks again!

Super Cute Place

The house was spotless and super cute. They provided just enough extra things, but not too much where it took over space that we needed. Examples would be sandwich bags, spices, games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, life jackets, and brochures for nearby attractions. The beds and pillows were comfortable. They quickly responded to any questions/concerns. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The Internet wasn't great. Something to think about would be that the bathroom sink is too high. We had kids with us and I'm a little over 5 feet tall. It was really difficult for the kids to reach the sink, and nearly impossible for me to wash my face. The laundry access is through an outside door, so not the most convenient. It was a bit chilly when we were there, the heat worked well, but there was a big difference between upstairs and downstairs, so we just needed to adjust the setting when we were sleeping. Not really about the place, but we highly suggest getting a burger from Colt Grill in Cottonwood. So delicious!

Great Cottonwood Location

Great location in a country setting. Perfect to visit downtown Cottonwood (3 minute drive) or Jerome (15 minute drive). Verde River is a 3 minute stroll through a meadow and Dead Horse Ranch State Park is a 5 minute drive and a great place to further enjoy the outdoors. This cottage has great touches to make you feel at home. Very comfortable beds and communication/check-in was seamless.

Great stay in Cottonwood

We had a great stay on this property in Cottonwood. The house was comfortable with my spouse, our two sons and our niece. We appreciated the outdoor games and the outdoor space for running around. We also enjoyed walking into Cottonwood and eating at some of the recommended restaurants. Thank you!!

Perfection!

Having stayed at many vacation rentals, I can say that this was the best I've experienced. The cottage was so well appointed such as toiletries, cooking oils and seasonings, small appliances, cookware/bakeware, outdoor grill, a cooler, "beach" towels, laundry and dishsoap, board games, and travel brochures. The beds were very comfortable. The cottage was spotless. We truly enjoyed the neighbors cows, horses, dogs, and river access. My kids loves the rope swing. Unfortunately we didn't use the fire pit but I noticed there was a stick to roast marshmallows or hotdogs. If we had a question or concern, the property owner immediately took care of it. I couldn't be more happy with the location to adorable downtown Cottonwood which had fantastic restaurants. My favorite part was sitting on the front porch on the cool fall morning. It was absolutely peaceful. This rental was perfect for our family of four.

Lovely and unique cottage!

Staying in the dairy cottage was a wonderful experience! Loved reading about the history of the dairy. The yard with tree swing and fire pit was so peaceful - we also enjoyed the cows, crows, and couple of friendly dogs that we saw. :) The cottage had everything we needed! Would definitely come back to Cottonwood to stay again - we had a fantastic time!

Great location, cute town.

We stayed here for the proximity to Sedona and were very pleased. Cute decor, lovely land, functional house for 4. Main street is just around the corner with lots of free on-street parking, full of delicious restaurants and wine tasting rooms - so you don't need to drive to Sedona for meals if you choose to eat out.

Perfect Location for Quiet Stay

The neighborhood was very quiet and it was easy to get to various locations around Cottonwood. We appreciate that we were able to be away from the crowds in Sedona but still close enough to visit. The place was decorated nicely and having the laundry facility was a plus!

Cool little house set in a quiet location in Cottonwood. Everything you need is available here. I could spend a few weeks here just exploring Cottonwood and Sedona.

Such an unusual property. The decor is absolutely fabulous. So relaxing staying at the Dairy. King bed was super comfy. If I had a complain it would be the TV service. No cable just steaming. Everything else was amazing.

Really well decorated. Loved the barn motif and keeping with history of the milk barn.

We enjoyed our stay at the dairy barn. Love the history and the decor which paid homage to its original purpose. Smelled clean and new. The beds and sheets were so very comfortable. Cottonwood is a quaint little town. Great hiking nearby. We will be back.

Converted Dairy House Dream

When you use VRBO you expect the home to have everything you would at your home, the only thing I could not find was a vegetable peeler, lol. Luke and Lindsey thought of everything and then some. The home was very inviting and wonderfully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed (go figure). The location was great, 60 minutes from Prescott and 30 minutes from Sedona, you can take the mountain roads and go through Jerome, an interesting little town on your way to Sedona. The river is actually a short, very short walk from the property because the Dairy was sold and is no longer part of the property that is connected to the river. Easy to get to via shared driveway. We visited with the cows next door every morning, lovey site to wake up to and enjoy a cup of coffee and have small talk with. I would love to stay here again, Luke and Lindsey are the best!!!
