"Wir hatten ein Apartment im 20. Stock mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf Miami Downtown. Man kommt nur mit dem digitalen Key ins Haus und kann auch nur damit die Aufzüge betätigen. Das macht ein sehr gutes Sicherheitsgefühl. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und man konnte den Host immer per Mail erreichen. Die Parkplätze sind sehr teuer in Miami. "The sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. The balcony was a plus. The beach access was ideal although on several occasions the “green” elevator key; which I would assume would work on the beach gate didn’t and we had to ring the bell; albeit everyone in the party tried w/o success. Speaking of the beach; the umbrella and chairs listed in the amenities was less than par. The umbrella has multiple broken arms and the chairs should indicate “sand” chairs; the description being misleading to think...

"The place was comfortable and basic. It’s in a safe area and very convenient. There is no dishwasher and very basic amenities in the kitchen. The only challenge is that there is a lot of street noise outside… trucks driving by late night/early morning. There is a 4 way stop at corner where the unit is. "The apartment was great, super clean, the kitchen has everything to cook. The best part is the location, being in front of the river gives a peaceful environment."

Right in front of the beach, waking up right to the view of the ocean is like nothing else The place was fabioulos, they had everything from a store, bar, hookah lounge, and even a spa!
