"Nothing but good things to say about this stay! Property was super clean and cute. You are the upstairs to another larger rental downstairs but all the outdoor areas are separate and it's surprisingly private. You are directly on the river at a great location. We saw manatees every day! The couple of minor issues we had were resolved almost immediately...communication was excellent with the property managers. We'll be back!"

We enjoyed kayaking, the fire pit and just hanging out in the little beach area enjoying the view. We will definitely be back! "

"We had the best time! First time here and will be back.The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed watching dolphins all day, from Two viewing decks.We really liked the privacy and quiet.Everything was so close, bikes are provided.We took the golf cart tour with Ryan. A must!! We learned about this amazing place and the best spots to shop and eat.The little beach was steps away.Very friendly town, owners were very welcoming and responsive. Beds were super comfortable."

"Atmosphere for being on the river was very relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and swing area as well as the water access.We had an event scheduled near by and was the perfect weekend location to unplug."

"Drove down from Massachusetts, wasn't sure what time I'd get in, but didn't matter because check in was super easy and convenient! I am 6'5 and I still fit in the camper! The property was neat to check out, all the little touches that made it fun to explore. The cleanliness of the whole "campsite" was great, the temperature was great inside the camper amd honestly was perfect for my 2 noght stay!"

"Perfect location, great communicaton with property owner. Clean, great space, comfortable. Bed was good. One small item, I enjoy a very dark room at night and there’s a stair light outside the window opposite the bed that I had to figure a way to cover. Again small item and I would definitely recommend the place to others. Thanks "

"We had a wonderful stay! So much was included in this booking. There are two kayaks to use as it is located right on a river. An outdoor grill. And all of the necessities were included as well like paper products, towels, both bath and beach, two coffee makers along with some items in the kitchen that were handy like salt and pepper, some spices oil, etc. There was plenty of sleeping space and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. There is a community...
